Job Description &ndash; Social Media ManagerPosition: Social Media ManagerLocation: [Remote]Employment Type: Full-timeAbout the RoleWe are seeking a creative and data-driven Social Media Manager to oversee our company&rsquo;s online presence, grow our brand visibility, and engage with our target audience across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with social media strategy, content creation, community management, and analytics.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies aligned with business goals.</li></ul><ul><li>Create engaging and high-quality content (posts, reels, stories, videos, graphics) tailored to each platform (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, YouTube, etc.).</li></ul><ul><li>Manage and grow online communities by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely manner.</li></ul><ul><li>Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Meta Ads, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.</li></ul><ul><li>Track, analyze, and report social media performance metrics (engagement, reach, conversions).</li></ul><ul><li>Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in social media marketing.</li></ul><ul><li>Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, design, sales, HR) to ensure consistent brand messaging.</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).</li></ul><ul><li>Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role (2&ndash;4 years).</li></ul><ul><li>Strong understanding of different social media platforms, their algorithms, and content trends.</li></ul><ul><li>Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, or native platform tools).</li></ul><ul><li>Knowledge of graphic design and video editing tools (Canva, Adobe Suite, CapCut, etc.) is a plus.</li></ul><ul><li>Excellent communication, writing, and storytelling skills.</li></ul><ul><li>Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>Competitive salary package.</li></ul><ul><li>Opportunity to lead creative campaigns with real impact.</li></ul><ul><li>A collaborative and dynamic work environment.</li></ul><ul><li>Career growth and learning opportunities.</li></ul>Location : RemoteCont : 97424-11550Job Type: Full-timePay: Up to &#8377;500,000.00 per yearWork Location: Remote
