THE ROLE

Server Assistants are the saving grace of support staff and have an eye for the where assistance is needed. While ensuring each guest has water in their glass, you will also be there to save the day for the full-handed server in need.

What we will ask of you:
<ul>
<li>Perform side work at the start and end of each shift as required by service station assignment and maintain clean service areas throughout shift</li>
<li>Greet guests as they are seated and respond appropriately to guest requests and communicate to server as needed</li>
<li>Between seating&rsquo;s, take soiled table ware to dish room and sort to designated areas in the soiled dish drop off area then clean and reset tabletops</li>
</ul>
Requirements for Success:
<ul>
<li>At least one year of restaurant or similar experience preferred</li>
<li>Have a positive energy, be ready to assist fellow support staff and work as a team player</li>
<li>Ability to communicate effectively with managers, employees, and all guests</li>
<li>A flexible schedule to work days, nights, weekends and holidays</li>
<li>Constant standing/walking with occasional stooping, kneeling, pushing, pulling, or lifting</li>

In the world of foodie&rsquo;s &ndash; you utterly enjoy studying and offering a mouthwatering detailed explanation of each dish. As a Server, you strive to make each interaction an unforgettable one, having your guests&rsquo; running back for more.

What we will ask of you:

<li>Welcome, greet, and monitor guests dining experience to ensure all are satisfied with food and service, and respond promptly and courteously to any requests</li>
<li>Always remain educated on our menu offerings and answer questions about our food, beverages, dietary restrictions and other restaurant functions and services</li>
<li>Perform side work for each shift as required and maintain service areas throughout shift</li>
<li>Prepare and present final bill, process payment, and report all gratuities received to comply with the IRS standards of reporting income</li>

<li>Be 18 years of age or older and at least one year of prior restaurant or relevant experience</li>

THE ROLE

As a Host, you are the first and last person each guest sees. Providing a warm hello and goodbye probably feels second nature. You are always on top of the organization for table times and ensuring each guests&rsquo; seating specifications are met (if possible of course).

What we will ask of you:
<ul>
<li>Responsible for taking reservations using the online reservations system in OpenTable</li>
<li>Warmly and graciously greet all guests upon arrival and thank guests as they leave</li>
<li>When seating is limited, provide guests with estimated waiting time, notify party when table becomes available and accommodate special seating requests for all when possible</li>
<li>Act as a liaison between the kitchen and dining room, and relay messages to support staff and managers as needed</li>
</ul>

<li>At least one year of restaurant host experience required</li>
