 The Support Specialist role is to provide clerical, data, and information related technical support to Team Manager/Department Director and members of the assigned team.
 
 
 
 &nbsp;
 
 
 
 
 Essential Functions
 
 
 
 
 &nbsp;
 
 
 <ul>
 
 <li>
 Process and mail all department reports and documents as req&ZeroWidthSpace;uired.
 </li>
 
 <li>
 Establish and maintain administrative procedures, files, and records for respective team.
 </li>
 
 <li>
 Perform necessary functions for Team meetings and other assigned workgroups/committees.
 </li>
 
 <li>
 Perform necessary functions for Advisory Committee meetings. &nbsp;Some of those functions include mailing out packets, arranging for transportation, taking minutes, etc.
 </li>
 
 <li>
 Answer phones and respond to general inquiries regarding departmental policies and procedures.&nbsp;
 </li>
 
 <li>
 Updates information as required and needed in ODIN. &nbsp;
 </li>
 
 <li>
 Serve as backup to other Support Specialists and&nbsp;Administrative Assistants.
 </li>
 
 <li>
 Perform complex clerical assignments such as developing forms, establishing, and maintaining appropriate databases, and preparing PowerPoint presentations.
 </li>
 
 <li>
 Conduct research as required for Team Manager/Department Director and team members.
 </li>
 
 <li>
 Develop new and special report formats as required.
 </li>
 
 <li>
 Work with team members to collect data and prepare for accreditation audits. May result in the need to compile data and prepare reports.
 </li>
 
 <li>
 Produce routine documents and reports as needed.
 </li>
 
 <li>
 Proofread materials for inaccuracies and errors. Make corrections or returns to appropriate person to make corrections.
 </li>
 
 <li>
 Maintain email and other communication with OCHN provider network as directed.
 </li>
 
 <li>
 Make electronic copies of departmental files, records, and correspondence.
 </li>
 
 <li>
 Answer routine inquiries by email, phone or in person.&nbsp;
 </li>
 
 <li>
 Releases departmental information according to standardized departmental procedures. Refers unusual requests to supervisor.
 </li>
 
 <li>
 May be responsible for meetings and coordination and set up.
 </li>
 
 <li>
 Additional duties as assigned.
 </li>

 Experience Requirements:

 Minimum of four (4) years related clerical or technical support experience. &nbsp;Related coursework at a business school, college or university may be substituted for up to two (2) years&rsquo; experience.
