</div><div>Perform maintenance, custodial and housekeeping tasks at the Cornerstone Management Communities and maintain the community in a clean, safe, and sanitary manner. Perform all tasks to assure that the community reflects high quality appearance and in good condition for residents and visitors.</div><br>

<ul><li><b>Housekeeping &amp; Cleaning</b>
<ul><li>Clean common areas and resident rooms (sweep, mop, vacuum, polish, sanitize).</li>
<li>Maintain entryways, lobbies, and shared spaces (glass, doors, furniture, floors).</li>
<li>Assist with trash removal and recycling in common areas.</li>
<li>Support daily dining room cleanup and periodic carpet cleaning.</li>
<li>Use and mix cleaning products safely and correctly.</li>
</ul></li><li><b>General Maintenance</b>
<ul><li>Perform light repairs (e.g., plunging toilets, changing light bulbs).</li>
<li>Troubleshoot basic HVAC issues; report complex problems to supervisor.</li>
<li>Complete unit turnover tasks (e.g., locks, windows, appliances).</li>
<li>Assist with snow removal, outdoor upkeep, and minor groundskeeping.</li>
<li>Maintain clean, safe, and organized maintenance rooms and shop.</li>
<li>Monitor inventory and assist with ordering supplies.</li>
</ul></li><li><b>Support Tasks</b>
<ul><li>Help set up for resident events and activities.</li>
<li>Collaborate with team members and assist with special projects as needed.</li>
<li>Attend staff meetings and maintain confidentiality when required.</li><br>
</ul>
</li></ul><div><b>Qualifications:</b></div>
<ul>
<li>High school diploma or GED</li>
<li>One to three years&rsquo; prior housekeeping, custodial and/or maintenance experience.</li>
<li>Boiler&rsquo;s license.</li>
<li>Valid Drivers license.</li>
<li>Ability to meet physical requirements of position as determined by a pre-employment physical performed by [Name of Company]&rsquo;s designated medical provider.</li>
<li>Knowledge of safe cleaning chemicals that are non-allergenic.</li>
<li>Ability to understand and relate well to senior adults.</li>
<li>Must be flexible and able to work within a diverse team.</li></ul><br>
