</div><div><b>Responsibilities:</b></div>
<ul><li>Assist clients with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, grooming, and meal preparation.</li>
<li>Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance the quality of life for clients.</li>
<li>Administer medication and monitor health conditions as directed by healthcare professionals.</li>
<li>Help clients with mobility and physical exercises to promote independence.</li>
<li>Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients in their homes.</li>
<li>Document and report changes in client conditions to the healthcare team.</li>
<li>Collaborate with family members and other caregivers to ensure comprehensive care.</li>
<li>Participate in training and development programs to enhance caregiving skills.</li>
</ul><div><b>Requirements:</b></div>
<ul><li>High school diploma or equivalent; certification as a PCA or HHA preferred.</li>
<li>Experience in personal care or a related field is a plus.</li>
<li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients.</li>
<li>Compassionate and patient demeanor with a genuine desire to help others.</li>
<li>Ability to follow care plans and instructions from healthcare professionals.</li>
<li>Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.</li>
<li>Ability to pass background checks and drug screenings.</li>
<li>CPR and First Aid certification is a plus.</li>
