We pride ourselves on having a large number of long term associates who have found a fulfilling career in the hospitality industry working at the Oasis and Fire &amp; Ice.The Breakfast Attendant is responsible for the presentation of the hotels complimentary hot breakfast while providing exceptional customer service to our guests.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Greets guests in a friendly and professional manner</li><li>Stocks, maintains and cleans the breakfast areas.</li><li>Retrieves and transports dirty tableware to the dish area</li><li>Clears tables and fills drinks as needed</li><li>Responds to guest inquiries and requests and resolves issues in a timely, friendly and efficient manner.</li><li>Assists the Breakfast Cook in preparing our complimentary hot breakfast when required.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Excellent communication, guest service and time management skills</li><li>Must be able to organize, plan ahead and manage workload.</li><li>Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and multi-tasked environment.</li><li>Must have a positive and professional upbeat personality with a desire to deliver outstanding customer service to our guests.</li><li>Shift is from 5:30 am-11am</li><li>Weekends are required</li></ul>Physical Requirements:<ul><li>This position requires constant standing and walking. Frequent bending, squatting, handling and grasping. Must be able to lift and carry 60lbs.
