Job Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Scheduling Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing schedules, coordinating resources, and ensuring efficient operations within the organization. This position requires strong organizational skills, effective communication abilities, and a solid understanding of human resources practices.Duties<ul><li>Manage and coordinate employee schedules to ensure optimal staffing levels across departments.</li><li>Facilitate employee orientation and onboarding processes for new hires.</li><li>Assist in talent acquisition efforts by scheduling interviews and coordinating recruitment activities.</li><li>Maintain accurate records of employee evaluations and performance management processes.</li><li>Support benefits administration and workforce management initiatives.</li><li>Collaborate with HR teams on strategic planning, organization design, and change management projects.</li><li>Utilize HRIS systems such as Workday, ADP, or Paylocity for data entry and reporting.</li><li>Ensure compliance with employment &amp; labor laws, FMLA regulations, OSHA standards, and affirmative action planning.</li><li>Conduct data collection for workforce analytics and reporting purposes.</li><li>Foster positive employee relations through effective communication and conflict management strategies.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Proven experience in human resources management or administrative roles with a focus on scheduling or workforce management.</li><li>Strong knowledge of HR practices including talent management, employee relations, performance management, and training &amp; development.</li><li>Familiarity with various EVV Systems including Caresmartz360 and Therap</li><li>Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively at all levels of the organization.</li><li>Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.</li><li>Understanding of workers' compensation processes and related documentation is beneficial.</li><li>Experience with social media management for recruitment purposes is a plus.
