Oats Overnight is on a mission to build a generational CPG brand. Since 2016, our high-protein, drinkable oatmeal has reached over a million customers through direct-to-consumer, and we're now scaling with all major nationwide retail and club partners. Our goal: become a household brand by leveraging speed, storytelling, and strategy.

We are vertically integrated: we develop, manufacture, and fulfill everything in-house. This operational control allows us to engage customers directly into the R&amp;D process, an initiative where we were first-to-market in CPG. It also makes our brand tangible and real: our factory, our team, and our product pipeline are all part of the narrative.

This is an exciting stage - we are emerging as a significant omni-channel brand and launching new products to capture significant market share across verticals. We want you to help us get there.

What's The Job?

We need someone to keep our C-Suite running smoothly for about six months while one of our EAs is out on leave. No ramp-up drama, no &ldquo;let me get back to you on that&rdquo; &mdash; just someone who can walk in, figure out how things work, and keep the trains on time.

You'll be the right hand to one of our key C-Suite members: managing chaos calendars, filtering the noise out of inboxes, and making sure nothing important slips through the cracks. You'll see confidential stuff daily, so discretion isn't optional &mdash; it's the job.

What You'll Be Doing, Stop Scanning and Read This Part

Keeping our exec on track
<ul>
<li>Wrangling calendars across time zones (and yes, they change constantly &mdash; you'll get good at Tetris)</li>
<li>Reading inboxes like a hawk: prioritizing, responding, and knowing what needs the exec's eyes vs. what doesn't</li>
<li>Juggling a rotating cast of recurring meetings across the org without dropping a single one</li>
</ul>
Travel that actually works
<ul>
<li>Booking flights, hotels, and rides &mdash; and having a backup plan when things inevitably change last minute</li>
<li>Keeping itineraries and travel docs straight, even when the plan shifts twice in one day</li>
<li>Getting expense reports and card reconciliations done on time, every time (nobody likes chasing receipts)</li>
</ul>
Being the glue
<ul>
<li>Acting as the go-between for execs, internal teams, and outside partners &mdash; translating and relaying without losing anything in the mix</li>
<li>Jumping into ad-hoc projects, research, or decks in Google Workspace whenever something needs an extra set of hands</li>
<li>Other duties as assigned</li>

What You've Done And Who You Are
<ul>
<li>Real, hands-on experience supporting C-Suite execs &mdash; you've done this before and you're not learning on the fly</li>
<li>Google Workspace fluency, plus comfort with modern expense and travel tools</li>
<li>Sharp writing and communication skills, obsessive attention to detail, and a vault for a mouth (confidentiality matters, a lot)</li>
<li>The ability to stay calm and think fast when three things catch fire at once &mdash; because they will</li>
<li>Someone that can partner and influence at all different levels</li>
<li>Ability to handle multiple priorities and navigate in a fast moving environment</li>
<li>A relentless drive to get things done.</li>
<li>Flexible, willing, and quick to learn new processes, new technology, and new ways of thinking.</li>
