OBXtek is currently staffing for a <b>Project Manager (PM), Senior</b> position supporting the Army&rsquo;s Global Enterprise Network Modernization &ndash; OCONUS (GENM-O) organization at Ft Shafter and Wheeler AAR, HI.</div><div></div><div><br>
Below is a list of expectations the candidate must meet for this effort:</div><ul><li><div>
Provide technical direction and oversight for IT projects.</div></li><li>
Directly support the assigned APM for each project.</li><li>
Effectively manage all schedules for assigned projects to include tracking and updating items in MS Project.</li><li>
Serve as the Government&rsquo;s primary point of contact.</li><li>
Maintain contract costs.</li><li><div>
Lead efforts collaboratively with developers, designers, product owners, and partner organizations to rapidly develop prototype technical software and hardware solutions.</div></li><li><div>
Coordinate solution design and architecture with existing project teams to ensure alignment with Army projects.</div></li><li><div>
Work directly with implementation teams to provide technical guidance and implementation priorities.</div></li><li><div>
Coordinate technical reviews of all transformation projects and deconflict Design, develop and implement an Enterprise data management solution to enhance customer operations.</div></li><li><div>
Direct customer engagements to determine requirements and provide technical updates to the APM and Theater Director.</div></li></ul><div><b>
Travel:</b> Some travel can be expected (both OCONUS and CONUS)</div><div><b>
Work Schedule/Location:</b> 100% In-Office</div>
Qualifications:
<div><b>
Active Secret Clearance</b></div><ul><li>
Army Acquisition Process experience preferred but other DoD relevant experience is accepted.</li><li>
8 years (minimum) related PM experience</li><li>
Experience providing oversight of large, multi-functional project teams, preferably in an information technology environment, and planning and managing complex tasks sometimes under tight budget and time constraints across multiple regions overseas</li><li>
Strong management and leadership skills, written and oral communications skills; experience in Government acquisition; familiarity with industry best practices; and Government contract and subcontract management..</li></ul><div>
Required Education/Certifications:</div><ul><li>
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or DAU Level III Project Management certification.</li><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in a Science related field</li></ul><div>
Desired Qualifications:</div><ul><li>
Master's Degree in a science-related field</li></ul>
