What We Need: 
Obagi is seeking a consistent and driven high performer with proven leadership and coaching skills to join our sales organization, supporting and managing the sales activity of our field team in their respective territory. This role will be responsible for leading a team of individuals in establishing, promoting, and maintaining a high level of sales of Obagi products. The Regional Manager role requires a great deal of enthusiasm, strategic thinking, business acumen, and the ability to work in the field with representatives, as needed, while maintaining all administrative functions and responsibilities.
 
 
What You&rsquo;ll Do:<ul><li>
Coach, lead, and manage a team of 5-8 field sales representatives to ensure sales goals are met and all activities are managed accordingly.</li><li>
Meet company deliverables including, but not limited to the following KPIs:<ul><li>
increasing SKU-penetration, order frequency/size, OPP participation, growing top 20 SKUs, new business avenues and meeting goals for Medical Device Sales</li></ul></li><li>
Create and implement strategic and creative business plans to help meet and exceed Regional, Area, and Company sales goals and objectives.</li><li>
Uphold all company compliance policies and procedures for self and respective region.</li><li>
Participate in hiring new sales representatives within your respective region, including networking, interviewing, onboarding, and training.</li><li>
Attend National and/or Regional Aesthetic Conventions and Trade Shows</li><li>
Evaluate the activities and effectiveness of sales representatives on a consistent basis; congratulate success, identify areas of improvement, and follow up on all progress related to meeting/exceeding existing KPIs.</li><li>
Train sales reps on bill and buy, direct selling techniques, and creative market strategies to expand product demand.</li><li>
Develop and coordinate physician-training programs, practice enhancement in-services and open houses.</li></ul>
What You&rsquo;ll Need:
<ul><li>A bachelor&rsquo;s degree from an accredited university required; a focus in Business, Healthcare Administration, or Life Sciences, highly preferred</li><li>
Direct B2B sales experience; dermatological, skin care, specialty pharmaceutical, aesthetic sales and management experience, strongly preferred</li><li>
At least 5+ years of direct supervisory experience, managing high performing field teams</li><li>
Documented and consistent high-level performance with sales and related competencies</li><li>
Available to travel up to 60% of the time (including overnight as needed) - covering OK, TX, MO, LS, MS, and AR.</li><li>
Exceptional negotiation skills, with an outgoing personality that exudes confidence without arrogance and fosters trust in both new and existing networking relationships</li><li>
Comfortable operating in a fast paced, ever-changing environment; someone who thrives in ambiguity and adapts quickly</li><li>
Confidence building relationship with local Providers: Plastic Surgeons, Facial Plastic Surgeons, Dermatologists, Medical Spas and other Cosmetic practices</li><li>
Ability to develop and implement effective territory business plans, as well as the ability to develop new business through prospecting and cold calling</li><li>
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other technologies</li><li>
Possess an energetic, positive attitude that encourages a team and supports the growth and professional development of others</li></ul>

Communicating over the telephone for eight hours.
