</p><ul><li>AI Development &amp; Implementation<ul><li>
Develop and implement AI solutions based on LLMs, machine learning and generative AI</li><li>
Build and operate AI agents and automation workflows (e.g. Copilot Studio, LangChain, TensorFlow)</li><li>
Integrate AI models into existing systems (ERP, BIM, document management, M365)</li><li>
Develop RAG systems for internal knowledge bases</li><li>
Build prototypes for new use cases identified by business units</li></ul></li></ul><ul><li>
Data &amp; Modelling<ul><li>
Process and prepare unstructured data (documents, plans, reports) for AI applications</li><li>
Carry out model training, fine-tuning and evaluation</li><li>
Ensure data quality and integrity within AI pipelines</li><li>
Collaborate closely with the Data Engineer / Data Architect on platform integration</li></ul></li></ul><ul><li>
Governance &amp; Quality<ul><li>
Conduct standardised risk assessments for new AI deployments (data protection, bias, security)</li><li>
Adhere to Obermeyer Group's ethical AI guidelines (fairness, transparency, human-in-the-loop)</li><li>
Document models, architectures and decisions in line with internal AI governance standards</li><li>
Support the preparation of AI Innovation Requests for the AI Board</li></ul></li></ul>

<br>
</p><ul><li>Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Data Science or comparable</li><li>
Several years of hands-on AI/ML development experience</li><li>
Strong proficiency in Python and AI/ML frameworks (e.g. PyTorch, LangChain, Hugging Face, TensorFlow)</li><li>
Experience with LLMs, prompt engineering and agentic AI</li><li>
Knowledge of cloud infrastructure (Azure preferred) and CI/CD practices</li><li>
Passion for AI and the drive to solve real-world problems</li><li>
Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences in English and German</li><li>
Self-directed with a high appetite for learning</li><li>
Team player with an interest in interdisciplinary collaboration</li></ul>

Manage and evolve the approved AI tool set (Ambersearch, Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, Sally.ai)</li><li>
Operate and maintain the central AI orchestration platform</li><li>
Evaluate new AI applications as part of the AI Innovation Request process</li><li>
Manage licences, contracts and SLAs with AI software vendors</li><li>
Ensure technical integration of AI tools into the existing IT landscape</li></ul></li></ul><ul><li>
Governance &amp; Special Cases<ul><li>
Maintain the approval process for AI applications outside the standard tool set</li><li>
Support operational units in preparing AI Innovation Requests</li><li>
Conduct risk assessments for new AI tools with Data Protection &amp; Compliance</li><li>
Document all deployed AI applications and their usage policies</li></ul></li></ul><ul><li>
Enablement &amp; Support<ul><li>
Serve as the primary 2nd-level contact for AI tool questions across the organisation</li><li>
Collaborate with AI Coaches / Prompt Engineers to build user competency</li><li>
Create and maintain usage guides, FAQs and best practices</li><li>
Coordinate with the Global Service Desk on tool-specific support requests</li></ul></li></ul>
