Location: Africa (based in or with extensive experience in African markets)Industry: Steel - Manufacturing &ndash; Billets / TMT / Structure. KeyKey Responsibilities:- Lead and manage the regional sales team to meet growth and revenue targets.-Conducting daily/weekly meetings with the production teams and be on top of all updates to manage the team well.- Strategic thinking with analytical problem-solving at the production, sales levels.- Excellent liaising skills with the local government bodies.- Develop and execute sales strategies to expand customer base across African markets.- Handle end to end techno commercial discussions and contract closures.- Identify and convert new business opportunities through various sales and marketing channels.- Maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding and addressing their needs.- Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and market insights to management.- Work closely with internal teams (operations, logistics, finance) for smooth deal execution.- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback.Requirements:- Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Engineering / Business Administration, or related field (Master&rsquo;s degree in relevant field would be an added advantage).- 8 to 10 years of proven sales experience in Africa (preferably in steel/recycling/manufacturing/Trading).- Should fall between 40-50 years of age bracket.- Strong techno commercial background with ability to understand product and contract terms.- Industry knowledge in steel profiles or steel structures is preferred.- ERP/software proficiency is required.- Fluent in Hindi, French and English is a must (written and spoken).- Excellent negotiation, team management, interpersonal &amp; communication skills.- Expert in the law of the land.- Self driven, entrepreneurial mindset with strong leadership capabilities.Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: AED11,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
