 We are looking for a motivated and fast-learning
 
 Entry-Level Virtual Assistant
 
 to support our UK lettings and property management operations. The ideal candidate must possess strong English communication skills (both written and spoken) and demonstrate a willingness to learn and grow within the role. Comprehensive on-the-job training will be provided.
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Respond to tenant and landlord inquiries via email, chat, and phone.
 </li>
 <li>
 Schedule property viewings and coordinate appointments.
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist with rent collection tracking, reminders, and follow-ups.
 </li>
 <li>
 Log, track, and follow up on property maintenance requests.
 </li>
 <li>
 Update property databases and ensure record accuracy.
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide general administrative support as needed.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 Requirements
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Strong English communication skills (O/A-Level background preferred).
 </li>
 <li>
 Detail-oriented, organized, and quick to learn.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficient in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office tools.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
 </li>
