 Main Responsibilities
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Leading and mentoring a team of Data Analysts and Data Engineers within the regulatory reporting domain.
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinating the review and maintenance of existing regulatory reports
 </li>
 <li>
 Driving the automation of manual and semi-manual reporting processes.
 </li>
 <li>
 Overseeing the preparation and delivery of regulatory reports (BDDK, MASAK, TCMB, etc.) accurately and on time.
 </li>
 <li>
 Supporting ad hoc reporting needs from business units as well as regulatory authorities.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensuring the monitoring and reliability of daily ETL processes on MSSQL.
 </li>
 <li>
 Guiding data engineers in enhancing datamart structures for new reporting requirements.
 </li>
 <li>
 Establishing and enforcing documentation standards, reporting guidelines, and data quality procedures.
 </li>
 <li>
 Acting as the main point of contact between technical teams and business stakeholders for regulatory reporting needs.
 </li>

 Qualifications / Technical Skills
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s or Master&rsquo;s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics or a related field.
 </li>
 <li>
 Minimum
 
 8-10 years of experience
 
 in regulatory reporting within the banking sector, with at least
 
 2 years in a leadership or coordination role
 
 .
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong knowledge of MSSQL and reporting processes.
 </li>
 <li>
 Demonstrated ability to manage and mentor teams, set priorities, and deliver results under strict deadlines.
 </li>
 <li>
 Solid SQL skills (queries, joins, views, stored procedures).
 </li>
 <li>
 PL&amp;SQL is a plus
 </li>
 <li>
 Hands-on experience with Excel/Power BI or similar reporting tools.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience in data validation, data quality checks, and control processes.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to prepare and enforce documentation such as data standards, procedures, and reporting guidelines.
 </li>
 <li>
 Detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to coordinate multiple priorities simultaneously.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience in hybrid/agile environments is a plus.
 </li>

 Experience writing detailed specifications, including detailed mockups. Irise, Gliffy experience (or similar).

 Excellent skills with MS Office tools, including Word, Excel, and Visio. SQL skills

 Must have the ability to work in a fast-paced IT environment on medium to large-scale projects.
