Overview We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Social Media Specialist to elevate our brand presence across digital platforms. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for storytelling through visual and written content, with a keen eye for design and a strong understanding of current social media trends. As a vital member of our marketing team, you will craft engaging campaigns, produce compelling multimedia content, and foster meaningful connections with our audience to drive brand awareness and engagement.Responsibilities<ul><li>Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with brand goals and target audiences.</li><li>Create, curate, and manage high-quality multimedia content including images, videos, and graphics that are posted each day.</li><li>Coordinate and take facility photos</li><li>Take staff photos</li><li>coordinate marketing lunches / Drop offs</li><li>coordinate staff outings</li><li>Coordinate dinner outings</li></ul>Experience<ul><li>Proven experience in social media management with a strong portfolio demonstrating successful campaigns across multiple platforms.</li><li>Extensive knowledge of video production including filming techniques, editing workflows, and post-production processes.</li><li>Experience in creating compelling visual storytelling through videography, photography, and motion graphics is highly desirable.</li><li>Ability to work independently or collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects efficiently.
