Responsibilities &ndash; Admin, Sales &amp; Marketing ExecutiveSales &amp; Marketing Responsibilities:<ul><li>Promote the institute&rsquo;s courses and activities through online and offline marketing.</li><li>Handle customer inquiries, give information about classes, and convert leads into admissions.</li><li>Follow up with potential and existing clients to ensure enrollment and renewals.</li><li>Support in planning and executing marketing campaigns, events, and promotional activities.</li><li>Manage social media pages, post regular updates, and respond to inquiries.</li><li>Develop creative marketing materials such as flyers, posters, and WhatsApp messages.</li><li>Coordinate with schools, communities, and partner organizations for collaborations and promotions.</li><li>Track marketing results and report leads, conversions, and monthly sales performance.</li><li>Build and maintain good relationships with customers, parents, and the community.</li><li>Suggest new ideas to improve marketing reach and student admissions.</li></ul>Administrative Responsibilities:<ul><li>Handle reception and front-desk duties &mdash; greeting visitors, attending calls, and managing inquiries.</li><li>Maintain proper records of admissions, inquiries, payments, and attendance.</li><li>Assist in preparing reports, schedules, and correspondence for management.</li><li>Coordinate between the teaching staff and management for smooth operations.</li><li>Support daily office administration, including filing, emails, and documentation.</li><li>Ensure the office environment is organized, welcoming, and professional.</li></ul>Key Skills Required:<ul><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>Basic computer and social media knowledge</li><li>Organized, proactive, and customer-focused</li><li>Able to multitask and meet targets</li></ul>Apply now: email:careers.oceankids@gmail.comJob Type: Full-timePay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
