Job OpportunityPosition: BMS TechnicianLocation: Clifton, KarachiDepartment: Engineering / Facilities ManagementWe are looking for a skilled and proactive BMS Technician to operate, monitor, and maintain the Building Management System (BMS) to ensure smooth and efficient functioning of all building utilities and equipment.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Monitor and operate the BMS to ensure optimal performance of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and other building systems.</li><li>Troubleshoot system faults, alarms, and equipment issues in coordination with the engineering team.</li><li>Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance activities.</li><li>Calibrate BMS sensors, controllers, and field devices as required.</li><li>Maintain logs, reports, and records of system performance and events.</li><li>Ensure compliance with safety and operational SOPs.</li><li>Provide technical support during emergencies, shutdowns, and special events.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Diploma/Certification in Electronics, Electrical, HVAC, or related field.</li><li>2&ndash;4 years of experience working with BMS (Johnson Controls).</li><li>Strong understanding of HVAC systems, electrical panels, pumps, and related equipment.</li><li>Ability to interpret system diagrams and engineering drawings.</li><li>Good troubleshooting and analytical skills.</li><li>Willingness to work in shifts and respond to after-hour emergencies.</li></ul>How to Apply:Interested candidates may send profiles at careers@oceantower.pk with the subject line &ldquo;BMS Technician &ndash; Application&rdquo;.Job Type: Full-timePay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs55,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
