Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Assist in preparing dining room for service.</li><li>
Complete side work duties.</li><li>
Confirm and prepare for any reservations</li><li>
Assist service staff in order to successfully serve our members and guests.</li><li>
Help in the daily upkeep of restaurant, front and back, including light cleaning and</li></ul>
organization.<ul><li>
Full menu knowledge to take care of takeout service.</li></ul>
Qualifications:
Friendly and outgoing, with a positive attitude to provide exceptional service to all our members/guests.
Education and/or Experience:
High School Diploma
1-3 years&rsquo; experience working in a restaurant as a supporting position.
Language Skills:
Must be able to comprehend and speak the English language in order to communicate with co-workers and fully understand job assignments.
Reasoning Ability
Ability to present a welcoming face and maintain that positive outlook in stressful conditions.

Attendance, Appearance and Conduct:
Regular attendance in conformance with the standards, which may be established by Ocean Reef Club from time to time, is essential to the successful performance of this position. Associates with irregular attendance will be subject to disciplinary action, up to and including termination of employment.
Due to the cyclical nature of the hospitality industry and report deadlines, associate may be required to work varying schedules to meet the business needs of the Club and report deadlines.
Proper grooming is required by all associates and is described in detail in the Associates Handbook. Associates should review this policy and make sure that at all times they present themselves for shifts looking clean, neat and professional.
As a condition of employment, all associates agree to fully comply with Ocean Reef Club rules and regulations for the safe and efficient operation of Club facilities. Associates who violate Club rules and regulations will be subject to disciplinary action, up to and including termination of employment. <div>Job Summary: The Airport Operations Specialist serves as the primary ground support resource for all airport operations. This role supports the safe, efficient airport activity through airfield operations, aircraft servicing, and overall airport readiness that reflects the high standards of the Ocean Reef Club. 
 
Responsibilities include performing ground services, operational services, and customer service all while maintaining the airports safety standards. This position also performs administrative &amp; club related duties as delegated by Airport Management. 

Essential Duties and responsibilities 
 
<ul><li>Greet arriving and departing members, guests, and flight crews with professionalism, discretion, and genuine hospitality.</li><li>
Performs Operational Service functions which include inspections and upkeep for airport assets, facilities, runway, ramp, equipment, fuel, etc.</li><li>
Performs Aircraft Servicing functions which include marshaling, fueling, towing, lavatory service, ground power service, facilitating ramp movements for arriving and departing aircraft, and other ground support functions.
</li><li>Maintains cleanliness and presentation standards for all airport areas.</li><li>
Provide accurate information regarding Club events, amenities, airport rules, and operating procedures.</li><li>
Coordinate aircraft and operational services with peers and the Concierge Team (fueling, GPU, lavatory, towing, hazardous waste, inspections, etc).
</li><li>Follows &amp; enforces compliance with club, airport, ORCA, state, and federal aviation rules and regulations.
</li><li>Monitor and communicate hazardous weather conditions.</li><li>
Maintain accurate daily records of daily inspections, aircraft activity, parking reports, incidents, rule violations, fuel sales, and feedback.
</li><li>Report violations of airport safety or procedures and follow the Airport Safety Management System (SMS) protocols.</li><li>
Uses proper PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) and operations equipment.
</li><li>Safely Operate ground service equipment, such as Lektro tugs, golf carts, GPUs, lavatory cart, transport vans, etc.</li><li>
Keeps Airport Management informed of events and activities of an unusual nature as well as routine matters related to their and others accountability</li><li>
Attends classes, training, conferences, workshops and meetings as directed to maintain job knowledge and skills.
</li><li>Performs all other assigned duties.</li></ul>
Qualifications

Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.</li></ul> 
Education &amp; Experience<ul><li>
High school diploma preferred.</li><li>
12 years of experience in aviation or related field is preferred.</li></ul>
Language<ul><li>
Must be able to effectively communicate in English, both verbally and in writing.</li></ul>
