We're seeking a motivated, organized, and tech-savvy sales professional who can drive accessory sales, engage our customer base through proactive outreach, and help us expand our maintenance program.<h2 class="jobSectionHeader">
What You'll Do:</h2><ul><li>
Make proactive &quot;Happy Calls&quot; to our customer base to build rapport, upsell accessories, and schedule maintenance appointments.</li><li>
Engage with customers to identify needs, offer solutions, and convert opportunities into sales.</li><li>
Maintain and optimize our CRM with accurate customer interactions, lead tracking, and appointment details.</li><li>
Develop CRM automations and generate actionable sales and performance reports.</li><li>
Support the sales team with administrative tasks, documentation, and follow-up communications.</li><li>
Coordinate schedules with office and field teams to ensure seamless service delivery.</li><li>
Assist with marketing campaigns to promote sales and maintenance plans.</li><li>
Represent Ocean State Air Solutions professionally in every interaction.</li></ul><h2 class="jobSectionHeader">

What You Bring to the Table:</h2><ul><li>
3+ years of sales or customer service experience, ideally in inside sales or telemarketing.</li><li>
Exceptional verbal, written, and persuasive communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.</li><li>
Energetic, motivated, and results-oriented personality.</li><li>
Advanced computer skills with the ability to create CRM automations and generate insightful reports.</li><li>
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with a focus on results.</li><li>
Experience in HVAC, construction, or skilled trades industries is a plus.</li><li>
A customer-first mindset, with the ability to build strong relationships and identify upsell opportunities.</li></ul><h2 class="jobSectionHeader">
