Job Description: 
The Seasonal Peak Associate role at OSJL is a temporary seasonal position that is responsible for supporting a range of essential store operations, including register support, freight receiving, and product merchandising within designated areas, contributing to a positive customer experience and efficient store operations. This role is expected to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment in stores during peak seasons and in new stores being opened.

Key Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Provide exceptional service and build friendly rapport through exemplifying the T.R.E.A.T. model and fostering a welcoming environment.</li>
<li>Operate a cash register efficiently, handle transactions accurately, and assist customers with product inquiries, item location, and purchases.</li>
<li>Promote Company-wide customer initiatives like donations, loyalty programs, and special offers.</li>
<li>Maintain accurate displays, restock assigned areas, and ensure OSJL merchandising standards are met.</li>
<li>Unload deliveries according to Company processes, organize merchandise, and prepare it for the sales floor.</li>
<li>Safely set up and move fixtures as needed.</li>
<li>Collaborate effectively and independently to achieve goals, proactively communicating opportunities for improvement to store leadership.</li>
<li>Understand, support, and implement safety protocols throughout the store.</li>

Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>Prior merchandise receiving, handling, and stocking experience in other retail or warehouse environments is preferred.</li>
<li>Basic math and reading skills are required.</li>
<li>Legible handwriting as well as good verbal and written communication skills are required.</li>

Work Environment:
<ul>
<li>Work primarily in a climate controlled environment with minimal safety and health hazard potential. This position requires constant extended periods of moving, remaining stationary, ascending, descending, and positioning oneself to complete various tasks throughout the shift.</li>
<li>The conditions for performing all job functions will change according to the constraints of an individual store location. These will include a sales area, a stockroom/receiving area and a separate operations/office area, all of which may have varying conditions such as temperature, dust levels, and overall accessibility.</li>
<li>Responsible for physical activities including using hand tools, ascending or descending a ladder, moving, reaching, and lifting on a frequent basis: Should be able to lift 35 lbs on a regular basis.</li>

The Store Specialist role at OSJL plays a key role in creating a positive and engaging customer experience. This role handles customer service, processes complex point-of-sale transactions, and ensures the smooth operation and merchandising of assigned areas &ndash; all while adhering to Company policies and merchandising guidelines. Job Description:

The Facilities Associate role at OSJL upholds a positive customer experience by ensuring a clean, safe, and functional store environment. Responsibilities encompass comprehensive interior and exterior upkeep, adhering to all Company standards. The primary focus is maintaining the store's condition to ensure the best environment for associates and guests through tasks including, but not limited to, vacuuming, sweeping, emptying trash cans, dusting shelves, cleaning windows, and mopping floors. The Facilities Associate must clean and report hazards to the leader on duty. Exterior maintenance may be required depending on store lease specifications. This role may additionally involve supporting merchandising activities, such as stocking shelves, maintaining product displays, and pricing, as well as customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

<li>Identify and correct maintenance and safety issues inside and outside the store, ensuring the well-being of associates and customers.</li>
<li>Sweep, mop, scrub, vacuum, and generally maintain floors, steps and other similar surfaces.</li>
<li>Empty waste containers and pick up and dispose of interior trash, litter, and other similar debris.</li>
<li>Check and maintain adequate bathroom, breakroom and other supplies needed in the normal use of the building.</li>
