The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records for multiple clients, ensuring compliance, and supporting day-to-day accounting operations. Your expertise will support our organization&rsquo;s growth by maintaining precise records, reconciling accounts, and preparing detailed financial reports. This position offers an exciting opportunity to apply your accounting skills in a fast-paced environment, making a tangible impact every day.&lt;Responsibilities&gt;<ul><li>Record and maintain financial transactions (AP/AR, payroll, bank reconciliations)</li><li>Manage general ledger and ensure accuracy of financial data</li><li>Prepare monthly financial reports and assist with closing processes</li><li>Reconcile bank and credit card statements</li><li>Maintain organized and up-to-date client records</li><li>Communicate with clients to gather financial information and resolve discrepancies</li></ul>&lt;Requirements&gt;<ul><li>Ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines</li><li>Proficiency in Quickbooks Online accounting software</li><li>Ability to perform detailed account reconciliation, bank reconciliation, and balance sheet reconciliation accurately.</li><li>Excellent understanding of debits &amp; credits, journal entries, general ledger accounting, and double-entry bookkeeping systems.</li><li>Skilled in accounts payable/receivable management, payroll processing, tax experience, and governmental accounting procedures.</li><li>Proven experience in bookkeeping or accounting roles with familiarity in corporate and non-profit accounting environments.</li><li>Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP standards, and technical accounting concepts.</li></ul>Pay: $17.00 - $21.00 per hourExpected hours: No less than 32.0 per weekBenefits:<ul><li>401(k) matching</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Paid training</li></ul>Work Location: Hybrid remote in Coral Springs, FL 33065
