Responsibilities 
 
<ul><li>Develop comprehensive event plans aligned with organizational goals, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.</li>
<li>Coordinate with vendors, venues, and internal teams to secure necessary services such as catering, audiovisual equipment, d&eacute;cor, and transportation.</li>
<li>Oversee all aspects of event setup and breakdown, ensuring safety standards and quality expectations are met or exceeded.</li>
<li>Manage marketing efforts for events through multichannel strategies including social media marketing, email campaigns, print advertising, and digital marketing platforms like Google AdWords and Facebook Advertising.</li>
<li>Utilize SEO and content marketing techniques to maximize event visibility online and attract target audiences effectively.</li>
<li>Implement marketing automation tools to streamline communication workflows and enhance attendee engagement.</li>
<li>Conduct research on industry trends and competitor activities to innovate event concepts and improve future initiatives.</li>
<li>Track performance metrics using analytics tools such as Google Analytics to evaluate event success and inform strategic decisions.</li>
<li>Manage sales efforts related to advertising sales opportunities at events or through digital channels.</li>
<li>Maintain detailed records of budgets, expenses, registrations, and post-event evaluations for continuous improvement.</li>
<li>Collaborate with product management teams to integrate event themes with broader marketing campaigns and brand messaging.</li>
</ul>Experience 
 
<ul><li>Proven experience in event management or related roles with a strong background in digital marketing strategies including SEO, social media marketing, content marketing, and performance marketing.</li>
<li>Familiarity with advertising sales processes and B2B marketing approaches to foster partnerships and sponsorship opportunities.</li>
<li>Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) for promotional material creation alongside WordPress and HTML skills for website updates and content management.</li>
<li>Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Google AdWords, Facebook Advertising platforms, email marketing tools, and marketing automation software.</li>
<li>Knowledge of print advertising channels as well as e-commerce platforms for integrated campaign execution.</li>
<li>Strong research skills combined with copywriting expertise to craft compelling messaging tailored for diverse audiences.</li>
<li>Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to budgets through effective budgeting skills.</li>
