Property Location: TownePlace Suites Seattle Everett/Mukilteo 
Essential Duties and Responsibilities<ul><li>
Weekends and Holidays maybe required</li><li>
Performs preventative maintenance duties in guest rooms and all other areas of the hotel</li><li>
Responds to reported problems and issues and performs general repairs</li><li>
Assists with maintaining the pool area according to companyandbrandstandards in addition toapplicablestate and localcodes</li><li>
Maintainsexternal propertyappearance including lawn, landscaping and parking lot</li><li>
Performs building and equipment preventative maintenance duties
</li><li>Assists team members and other departments as needed to contribute to operational efficiency</li><li>
Ensures all maintenance areas and equipment are clean, organized and secured</li><li>
Maintains basic knowledge of fire safety equipment, refrigeration, pool and elevator operation</li><li>
Maintains operational knowledge of common power and hand tools</li><li>
Performs additional responsibilities as assigned by leadership</li></ul> 
Qualifications<ul><li>
Strong interpersonal and communication skills</li><li>
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail</li><li>
Ability to handle stressful situations with poise and professionalism</li><li>
Conduct work-related functions in a professional manner</li><li>
Weekend availability is a must</li><li>
