Division: Adult EducationLocation: Main Campus, 110 Elwood Davis Road, LiverpoolDuties :Responsibilities include guiding adult learners through the technical skills, clinical procedures, and professional ethics required to thrive in a modern dental office.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver High-Impact Instruction: Lead classroom lectures and hands-on lab sessions covering chairside assisting, radiology, dental materials, and infection control.Clinical Supervision: Oversee students during lab practice to ensure safety, proper ergonomics, and mastery of dental instruments.Curriculum Management: Utilize provided lesson plans while bringing your real-world experience to life through case studies and practical demonstrations.Student Mentorship: Track student progress, provide constructive feedback, and prepare learners for certification exams (e.g., DANB) and externships.Lab Maintenance: Ensure the dental lab is stocked, equipment is maintained, and all OSHA/HIPAA protocols are strictly followed.Qualifications: Must be a New York State Licensed Dental Assistant, minimum of three years&rsquo; experience in the field.
