<ul><li>System Integration & Deployment: Integrate multi-vendor network and security solutions (Huawei, Fortinet, Ruijie, Aruba, Cisco) at client sites.</li><li>Routing & Switching: Configure and troubleshoot (VLANs, MPLS, STP, OSPF) in complex client networks.</li><li>Firewall & VPN: Deploy and manage Fortinet and Cisco firewalls, implement IPsec/SSL VPNs.</li><li>Wi-Fi Solutions: Design, deploy, and optimize enterprise Wi-Fi networks (SSIDs, VLANs, RADIUS/802.1x, captive portals).</li><li>NAC & SIEM: Implement Network Access Control policies, monitor endpoints, and support SIEM platforms for log correlation and incident detection.</li><li>AMC Support: Perform preventive maintenance, firmware upgrades, log review, SLA compliance, and incident resolution.</li><li>Install, configure, and maintain physical servers (Dell, HPE, XFusion, etc.).</li><li>Administer and support virtualization platforms including Microsoft Hyper-V and VMware vSphere/ESXi.</li><li>Manage and optimize SAN/NAS storage systems for performance, redundancy, and scalability.</li><li>Implement, monitor, and support server-based antivirus and endpoint protection solutions.</li><li>Administer enterprise backup and disaster recovery platforms (Veeam, Quorum).</li><li>Perform system patching, firmware upgrades, and capacity planning.</li><li>Provide administration and support for Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy.</li><li>Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, OS, virtualization, and storage performance issues.</li><li>Configure and support basic networking including LAN, VLANs, routing, and switching.</li><li>Collaborate with networking, application, and security teams to deliver cross-functional IT projects.</li><li>Maintain accurate documentation for systems, processes, incidents, and resolutions.</li><li>Participate in on-call support rotation to ensure high availability of business-critical systems.</li></ul>
