Job Summary:We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager with a proven track record in the IT services industry. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 4 years of experience, with strong expertise in on-demand solution selling. Experience in pre-sales and post-sales activities will be considered an added advantage.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Identify and develop new business opportunities in domestic and/or international markets for IT services.</li><li>Drive end-to-end sales lifecycle &ndash; from lead generation to closure.</li><li>Specialize in on-demand solutions selling, understanding client requirements and proposing tailored solutions.</li><li>Collaborate with technical teams during pre-sales to prepare proposals, presentations, and RFP responses.</li><li>Ensure smooth post-sales handover and maintain strong client relationships to foster upsell and cross-sell opportunities.</li><li>Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline and provide accurate forecasting and reporting.</li><li>Negotiate commercial and contractual terms with clients.</li><li>Stay updated with industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape.</li></ul>Key Requirements:<ul><li>Minimum 4 years of experience in business development within the IT services industry.</li><li>Proven experience in on-demand solutions selling.</li><li>Exposure to both pre-sales and post-sales processes is highly preferred.</li><li>Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.</li><li>Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field.
