This role is responsible for the evaluation of donors&rsquo; eligibility for automated plasmapheresis procedures. This position includes the administration and supervision of approved immunizations in accordance with state regulations and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). The role also provides limited emergency care as permitted by licensure or certification, training, and SOPs. Working knowledge of all operational areas within the plasma center is required. Additionally, the position ensures compliance with SOPs, current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP), and all relevant regulatory guidelines.</p></div></div><div><div><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
This is What You&rsquo;ll Do</b></h2>
</div><div><ul><li>Evaluate donor eligibility through medical history reviews, physical assessments, and informed consent discussions in accordance with SOPs, FDA, CLIA, and cGMP.</li><li>
Review, document, and verify donor information, immunization records, and test results in the donor management system (NexLynk).</li><li>
Classify donors into appropriate programs and monitor for adverse reactions, providing care as allowed by training and licensure.</li><li>
Consult with the center Licensed Physician regarding abnormal results, donor eligibility concerns, and immunization orders.</li><li>
Counsel deferred donors, ensure confidentiality, and refer donors to health departments when needed.</li><li>
Maintain accurate documentation such as Physician Communication Logs and donor eligibility assessments.</li><li>
Train as a Donor Center Technician I and serve as a QA Backup when needed.</li><li>
Mentor and train new Medical Professionals as a Designated Trainer to support workforce development.</li><li>
Support center compliance with SOPs, quality systems, and regulatory requirements.</li><li>
Collaborate with team members to ensure an efficient, donor-focused environment.</li><li>

</div><div><ul><li>Graduate of a recognized healthcare-related educational program, such as Physician, Nurse (Licensed Practical Nurse or Registered Nurse). Certified/licensed as an emergency medical technician (EMT Basic, EMT 2-intermediate or 3- advanced/paramedic, if allowable).</li><li>
Must work within the scope of the professional license/certification, as defined by the state in which the work is performed.</li><li>
One (1)-year experience in the hospital, or field care or experience in plasma center preferred.</li><li>

Oversee product inventory and storage integrity, manages unsuitable product, and partners with corporate/vendors for efficient shipments and procurement.</li><li>
Achieve targeted production in quantity/quality while optimizing costs, inventory, and purchase order submissions in compliance with company practices.</li><li>
Conduct performance evaluations, development plans, corrective actions, and employment decisions (hiring, promotions, terminations) to align staff growth with organizational goals.</li><li>
Ensure adherence to HR policies and procedures, assists with investigations, and fosters a positive culture through mentorship and role modeling of core values.</li><li>
Direct all employee training, onboarding, retraining, and leadership development, ensuring compliance with standards and timeliness.</li><li>
Track and audit training data and certifications, collaborates with Quality and Field teams to address deviations, audits, and corrective actions through targeted training interventions.</li><li>
Cultivate strong donor relationships to drive retention, referrals, and growth, while overseeing payroll, staff meetings, and operational KPIs for performance optimization.</li><li>
Lead center marketing and advertising initiatives in collaboration with corporate departments to strengthen outreach and enhance operations.</li><li>

This is What it Takes</b></h2>
</div><div><ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree preferred</li><li>
Three (3) years of operations and/or process management/supervisory experience preferred.</li><li>
Three (3) years of people management, including recruiting and training (may be concurrent with operations/process management).</li><li>
Knowledge of financial management and/or budgeting preferred.</li></ul></div></div><div><div><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
