 Responsibilities
 
 
 
 Octave is seeking a Team Lead, Industry Consultant.
 
 
 The Pre-Sales Technical Lead reports directly to the Director of Pre-Sales and plays a pivotal role in driving strategic pre-sales engagement across the asset lifecycle for industrial facilities. This position requires a broad understanding of the different phases of the asset lifecycle&mdash;ranging from design to operations&mdash;and the ability to collaborate with Sales, coordinate internal teams, assess opportunities, and identify process gaps. The goal is to enhance customer digital maturity by aligning current work processes with Octave solutions.
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Collaborate with the Sales team to understand customer business needs and define tailored account strategies that align with desired outcomes.
 </li>
 <li>
 Conduct in-depth evaluations and assessments of customer business practices, workflows, and technical environments.
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop actionable recommendations leveraging Octave Solutions to support digital transformation.
 </li>
 <li>
 Translate customer challenges into solution roadmaps, working closely with Solution Consultants, Industry Consultants, and Product teams.
 </li>
 <li>
 Lead pre-sales engagements including workshops, discovery sessions, solution positioning, value articulation, and proposal development.
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide structured and strategic feedback to influence ongoing product strategy and roadmap development.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support the creation of business and functional requirements in response to RFIs/RFPs.
 </li>
 <li>
 Act as a trusted advisor to clients, guiding them on their digital transformation journeys through Octave' capabilities.

 Education / Qualifications
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Education: Engineering, Business, or equivalent degree.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience: Approximately 15 years of relevant experience in pre-sales, consulting, or technical leadership roles, particularly within the industrial facilities.
 </li>
 <li>
 Demonstrated success in business development or industry consulting with a focus on digital transformation.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong understanding of industrial workflows and lifecycle phases across engineering, construction, and operations.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven ability to interact with all levels of customer stakeholders, including C-level executives.
 </li>
 <li>
 Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience with developing and presenting strategic roadmaps and digital maturity assessments.
 </li>
 <li>
 Fluent in English; Arabic language proficiency is preferred.
 </li>
 <li>
 Comfortable working in a matrixed, multi-national environment.
 </li>
 <li>
 Willingness to travel up to 40% across the EMIA region.

 Responsibilities
 
 
 
 
 Octave
 
 is seeking an Implementation Consultant.
 
 
 In this position, individuals are responsible for setup/installation, configuration, and customization of technical solutions, applications, or process designs for the client&rsquo;s purchased or outsourced technology and business outcome solutions. Individuals in this position work independently. Qualified Individuals will work closely with senior consultants in requirements gathering, application configuration, and application testing and training for our software.
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Works directly with clients to manage initial access, map and transfer data, create process documentation (functional requirements/designs/lessons learned), and train or coordinate training for client users.
 </li>
 <li>
 Tests and troubleshoots functionality of installed systems.
 </li>
 <li>
 Identifies and documents technical issues to be escalated to product and system integration teams for resolution.
 </li>
 <li>
 Provides feedback based on client experiences to product and professional services teams for product and process improvements.
 </li>
 <li>
 May work directly with clients on-site or provide project support remotely.
 </li>
 <li>
 Identify and redirect non-support items to the relevant department.
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist and train less experienced peers.
 </li>
 <li>
 Triage new and existing support items.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintaining adherence to customer service level objectives and details / terms of client support contracts.
 </li>
 <li>
 Interfacing with the end users of the software, and with the partners who are reselling or configuring the software, for requirements gathering, training, technical support, feedback etc.
 </li>
 <li>
 May act as the technical lead on project implementations providing technical direction and guidance to the team.
 </li>
 <li>
 Identifies additional product/services opportunities in customer organization that can be delivered.
 </li>
 <li>
 Engineers must be prepared to visit customer plant locations during project execution. These site locations may be both within and outside of Qatar.

 Education / Qualifications
 
 
 
 Bachelor's degree in engineering or STEM-based technology-related field (e.g., Computer Science, Cyber Security, Electrical, Mechanical, Process Technology, etc.) and industry experience
