 Your Role:
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Our agile product teams are going through exciting changes that involve the design and development of new systems, improving existing systems and working with some of latest technologies available.
 
 
 
 
 
 We&rsquo;re looking for a Product Owner that will;
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Conduct fintech market analysis and feasibility for products and services according to market conditions and customer experience,
 </li>
 <li>
 Assume the role of "Product Owner" of the scrum team,
 </li>
 <li>
 Examine and analyze requests from different departments or stakeholders,
 </li>
 <li>
 Acting as a bridge between developers and product teams,
 </li>
 <li>
 Take part in UAT test process,
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure that the prepared products and services are delivered to the relevant stakeholders.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Your Qualifications:
 
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in engineering, mathematics, statistics or related fields,
 </li>
 <li>
 At least min. 6 year of experience working on similar role such as Product Owner, Product Lead. Payment system and fintech knowledge is big plus
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience in analysis, strong documentation skills and good ability to define user stories,
 </li>
 <li>
 A basic understanding of technology languages and applications,
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience in managing IT delivery projects,
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong verbal and written communication skills to technical and non-technical audiences of various levels in the organization,
 </li>
 <li>
 Knowledge of TDD, BDD, DDD and apply minimum one of these software engineering techniques,
 </li>
 <li>
 Knowledge of SQL, database design, algorithms, and flow diagrams,
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to test rest and soap services using postman, soapui or similar test tools,
 </li>
 <li>
 Have strong knowledge about Jira, SDLC, Agile methodologies,
 </li>
 <li>
 Good at analytical thinking, result-oriented, team-oriented, open-minded
 </li>

 Key Responsibilities

 End-to-end manage CRM strategies across the full customer journey, including onboarding, engagement, retention and win-back.
 </li>
 <li>
 Segment customers based on data insights and creating campaigns that increase loyalty and reduce churn
 </li>
 <li>
 Analyze campaign performance, turning results into insights and continuously testing new ideas
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor customer behaviors to identify pain points and designing creative ways to keep users engaged
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and timely execution of CRM initiatives
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Track and report on key performance metrics, establishing feedback loops to refine strategies and optimize impact
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Qualifications

 Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Business Administration or a related field
 </li>
 <li>
 3+ years of experience in CRM, customer growth or data-driven marketing
 </li>

 Skilled in data analysis and SQL, familiar with SAS, D&bull;engage, Tableau or similar tools
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong communication and collaboration skills; comfortable in fast-moving environments
 </li>

 Strategic mindset with solid project management abilities

 Results-driven and confident in taking ownership of KPIs

 Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint and other MS Office programs
