 WHAT YOU&rsquo;LL DO
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties (Competency-based Recruitment, Performance Management, Training and Development Management, Career Planning),
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage recruitment strategies to achieve required staffing levels in relevant departments,
 </li>
 <li>
 Create and oversee the implementation of the procedures that support and enhance employee performance as per the company&rsquo;s objectives,
 </li>
 <li>
 Organize the program of internal and external training and takes responsibility for training reports and documentation after the training,
 </li>
 <li>
 Works closely with line managers to understand business needs and to ensure a common ground in their people decisions.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 
 WHO YOU ARE
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in related fields. Master degree is a plus,
 </li>
 <li>
 Minimum 3 years of experience in technology industry working as an HR Business Partner with comprehensive HR knowledge, especially hands-on experience in partnering with business departments,
 </li>
 <li>
 Developed analytical thinking, planning and organizational skills,
 </li>
 <li>
 Successful in relationship management,
 </li>
 <li>
 Advanced level of English,
 </li>
 <li>
 Able to use MS Office programs well.
 </li>
