OdomRD Dietitian Consultants is growing &mdash; and we&rsquo;re excited to welcome a Registered Dietitian who values flexibility, autonomy, and a supportive team! This hybrid role offers a mix of onsite clinical care and work-from-home documentation with no nights, weekends, or holidays required.Responsibilities<ul><li>Provide clinical nutrition care for residents in skilled nursing/rehabilitation facilities</li><li>Oversee a facility within the Houston, Texas region.</li><li>Mileage reimbursement provided</li><li>Complete nutrition assessments, care planning, and EMR documentation</li><li>Actively participate in Interdisciplinary Team (IDT) meetings</li><li>Monitor nutritional needs related to:</li><li>Wound care, renal disease, unintended weight changes, enteral nutrition</li><li>Conduct nutrition-focused physical exams (NFPE)</li><li>Support QA/QAPI initiatives to ensure exceptional standards of care</li><li>Collaborate with nursing, physicians, therapy teams, and dietary managers</li></ul>Required Qualifications<ul><li>Registered Dietitian (RD/RDN) credential &mdash; or RD Eligible considered</li><li>Active Texas Dietitian License (or ability to obtain)</li><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s or Master&rsquo;s degree in a nutrition-related field</li><li>Excellent communication and time-management skills</li><li>Self-motivated and comfortable working independently</li><li>Long-term care experience preferred, but training support available</li></ul>Schedule<ul><li>Full-Time: 32-34 hours per week.</li><li>Hybrid work &mdash; onsite + remote charting flexibility</li><li>Monday&ndash;Friday scheduling / No nights, weekends, or holidays</li></ul>Compensation &amp; Benefits<ul><li>Competitive pay based on experience</li><li>Flexible scheduling for strong work-life balance</li><li>Mileage reimbursement for travel between facilities</li><li>Supportive RD-to-RD mentorship and clinical leadership</li><li>Career advancement opportunities within a dietitian-led company</li></ul>About OdomRDOdomRD Dietitian Consultants provides clinical nutrition services across the state of Texas.
