<div>ODORZX INC. is seeking an HR/Payroll &amp; Admin Support professional to assist our HR department in managing various administrative and payroll functions. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting the HR initiatives of our organization, ensuring that our team's needs are met efficiently and effectively. *Must be bilingual in Spanish*
Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Assist with payroll processing and ensure accuracy of employee time records.</li><li>
Support the recruitment process, including job postings, scheduling interviews, and providing onboarding assistance.</li><li>
Maintain employee files and ensure data integrity within HR systems.</li><li>
Assist with benefit coordination including enrollment, changes, and answering employee inquiries.</li><li>
Prepare and distribute HR-related communications to employees.</li><li>
Coordinate training sessions and employee development programs.</li><li>
Help manage and implement HR policies and programs.</li><li>
Provide general administrative support to the HR department as needed.</li><li>
Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws and company policies.</li></ul> 

Requirements 
Qualifications:<ul>
<li>Previous experience in HR, payroll, or administrative support preferred.</li>
<li>Knowledge of payroll software and HRIS systems a plus.</li>
<li>Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.</li>
<li>Effective communication and interpersonal skills.</li>
<li>Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.</li>
<li>Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.</li>
<li>Ability to prioritize tasks and handle multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.</li>
<li>Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to tasks.</li>
<li>High level of professionalism and integrity.</li>
