Odyssey Systems has an exciting opportunity for a <b>Senior Cost Analyst</b><b> </b>providing support to the Air Force Life Cycle Management Center (AFLCMC/HBD), Theater Battle Control Division.</div><div><br>
</div><div>The Theater Battle Control Division manages efforts focused on developing, acquiring, fielding and sustaining programs that support worldwide communications, Battle Management, Command &amp; Control, Intelligence, Surveillance &amp; Reconnaissance (C2ISR), Tactical Air Control, Air/Ground Surveillance, Time Critical Targeting, Combat Identification, Radar Imagery, Integrated Air/Missile Defense, and Mobile/Fixed C2ISR Performance, Exploitation &amp; Dissemination Facilities.</div><div><br>

This is a full-time position located at Hanscom Air Force Base in Bedford, Massachusetts</div><br>

Responsibilities:
<div>
Duties include, but not limited to:</div><br>
<div></div><ul><li>
Perform routine cost estimating methods such as analogy, engineering or scientific methodology, and extrapolation</li><li>
Perform cost estimating outputs to assess the impact various factors have on the costs to design, research, develop, operate, maintain, and dispose of a particular weapon system</li><li>
Analyze all elements affecting costs for a project of limited scope</li><li>
Analyze contractor financial data using Earned Value Management (EVM) measures of merit to determine program viability with respect cost and schedule performance</li><li>
Analytical processes, such as: setting up the problem; conducting background research; collecting and reducing data; displaying data for analysis; formulating mathematical expressions; and drawing conclusions</li><li>
Provide contract pricing support services for tasks in all phases of the acquisition cycle to include development, award, management, measurement and contract closeout</li><li>
Prepare draft pricing briefings, draft pricing correspondence, and draft agency pricing reports</li><li>
Develop pricing related evaluation criteria, track pre-award task order milestones and status</li><li>
Support source selection teams in the evaluation of cost proposals</li><li>
Prepare pricing documentation for review and approval by the Government CO</li><li>
Prepare pricing spreadsheets of technical proposals and perform other pricing analyses to support price/cost evaluations of technical proposals</li><li>
Provide pricing support for discussions/communications with offerors</li><li>
Provide pricing support to construct agency pricing related reports and draft other pricing related documents in response to protest actions or other claims against the agency</li><li>
Access, populate, and analyze information in organizational pricing related databases Required skills may include but not be limited to:</li><li>
Knowledge of most appropriate phase of the budgetary cycle (planning, programming, justification, and execution) for initiating new programs</li><li>
Experience in quantitative analysis and calculus</li></ul>
Qualifications:

Minimum Required Qualifications</i></b></div><div><b>
Clearance</b><b>:</b> Must have an Active Secret Clearance</div><br>

Knowledge of most appropriate phase of the budgetary cycle (planning, programming, justification, and execution) for initiating new programs</li><li>
Experience in quantitative analysis and calculus</li><li>
Experince with ACEIT</li></ul><div></div><div><b><i><br>
Preferred Qualifications</i></b></div><div><b>
Education: </b>Bachelor's or Master's Degree in a related field</div><div><b>
Years of experience: </b>10+ years of experience with at least 5 years working in the DoD sector</div><div></div><div><b><i><br>
