This position offers an exciting opportunity to shape the success of our retail store while cultivating a motivated and high-performing team.Responsibilities<ul><li>Lead, motivate, and supervise the sales team to achieve individual and store sales goals.</li><li>Develop and execute sales strategies that align with company objectives, including marketing initiatives and promotional campaigns.</li><li>Oversee inventory management, stock replenishment, and merchandising to maximize product visibility and sales opportunities.</li><li>Manage daily store operations such as cash handling, POS transactions, pricing adjustments, and store cleanliness.</li><li>Conduct interviews, recruit new team members, and facilitate onboarding processes to build a strong workforce.</li><li>Provide ongoing training and development to enhance team skills in customer service, product knowledge, and sales techniques.</li><li>Monitor store performance metrics, prepare reports on sales activities, and implement improvements based on data analysis.</li></ul>Skills<ul><li>Proven experience in retail management or sales management with supervisory responsibilities.</li><li>Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively while maintaining positive customer relationships.</li><li>Excellent communication skills in multiple languages or bilingual capabilities are highly desirable.</li><li>Demonstrated leadership with experience in employee orientation, training &amp; development, and team supervision.</li><li>Proficiency in inventory control systems, POS technology, cash handling procedures, and retail math.</li><li>Knowledge of merchandising, pricing strategies, purchasing processes, and inventory management.</li><li>Ability to manage budgets, perform bookkeeping tasks, and oversee payroll functions accurately.</li><li>Skilled in marketing initiatives, store promotion planning, and customer service excellence.</li><li>Exceptional organizational skills with time management expertise to handle shift management and administrative duties efficiently.
