Cloud Mesh Solutions is a fast-growing Swiss-based company specializing in cloud-based solutions.We are looking for a skilled and motivated SQA Tester to join our dynamic team to ensure our software products meet the highest standards of quality and reliability.Job Summary: The SQA Tester will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our software products through a combination of manual and automated testing techniques. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of software testing principles and practices, experience with test automation tools, and a passion for delivering high-quality software.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Test Planning and Design:</li><li>Develop, review, and execute test plans and test cases based on requirements and specifications.</li><li>Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and product managers to understand project requirements and translate them into test scenarios.</li><li>Manual Testing:</li><li>Perform functional, regression, integration, and performance testing on various software applications.</li><li>Identify, document, and track software defects and inconsistencies.</li><li>Participate in walkthroughs of testing procedures.</li><li>Automation Testing:</li><li>Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using tools like Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, or similar.</li><li>Integrate automated tests with continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.</li><li>Analyze test results, troubleshoot issues, and work with development teams to resolve defects.</li><li>Test Execution and Reporting:</li><li>Execute tests and log results, ensuring that the software meets business and technical requirements.</li><li>Provide clear and concise testing status reports, including defect summaries and testing progress updates.</li><li>Work closely with the development team to reproduce, debug, and resolve issues.</li><li>Continuous Improvement:</li><li>Stay updated with the latest industry trends, testing tools, and best practices.</li><li>Recommend and implement improvements to testing processes, tools, and frameworks to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.</li><li>Collaboration:</li><li>Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle.</li><li>Mentor and guide junior team members on testing methodologies and best practices.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.</li><li>3+ years of experience in software testing, with a focus on both manual and automated testing.</li><li>Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.</li><li>Proficiency with test automation tools such as Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, etc.</li><li>Experience with manual testing techniques and tools.</li><li>Familiarity with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitLab, or similar.</li><li>Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.</li><li>Strong communication and teamwork abilities.</li><li>Experience with Agile/Scrum development methodologies is a plus.</li><li>Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript) is a plus.</li></ul>What We Offer:<ul><li>Competitive salary and benefits package.</li><li>Opportunities for professional growth and development.</li><li>A collaborative and innovative work environment.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs250,000.00 per monthApplication Question(s):<ul><li>salary Expectation</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>testing: 3 years (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
