We partner with businesses to deliver innovative digital solutions and high-impact marketing strategies that drive measurable growth.About the RoleWe are seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media &amp; Performance Marketing Manager to lead our organic social media presence, content production, paid advertising, and SEO initiatives. This role combines creativity with analytical thinking&mdash;you&rsquo;ll develop engaging content that captures attention while managing performance marketing campaigns that drive measurable business results.From planning video shoots to optimizing advertising campaigns, you will own the entire content and performance marketing process across multiple digital channels.Key ResponsibilitiesSocial Media &amp; Content Production<ul><li>Develop and execute social media content strategies across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.</li><li>Plan, coordinate, and manage end-to-end video production, including:</li><li>Scriptwriting</li><li>Shot lists</li><li>Location and prop coordination</li><li>Talent and actor briefings</li><li>Production schedules</li><li>Collaborate with videographers, editors, clients, and creative teams throughout the production process.</li><li>Review video edits, provide feedback, and ensure timely delivery of final content.</li><li>Schedule and publish content across all relevant social media platforms.</li><li>Create engaging content formats, including Reels, Shorts, Stories, and other short-form videos that increase reach and audience engagement.</li><li>Stay current with social media trends, platform updates, and emerging content formats to develop fresh, relevant content ideas.</li></ul>Paid Advertising<ul><li>Plan, launch, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across:</li><li>Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max)</li><li>Meta Ads (Facebook &amp; Instagram)</li><li>TikTok Ads</li><li>Monitor campaign performance and optimize budgets based on key performance indicators.</li><li>Scale successful campaigns while identifying and improving underperforming ads.</li><li>Track campaign conversions and collaborate with the CRM &amp; Email Marketing team to ensure accurate attribution and reporting.</li><li>Prepare clear, data-driven reports that communicate campaign performance and business impact to clients and stakeholders.</li></ul>SEO &amp; Content Marketing<ul><li>Conduct keyword research to identify content opportunities based on user search intent.</li><li>Write and optimize SEO-friendly website content, blog articles, and landing pages.</li><li>Improve on-page SEO elements, including:</li><li>Meta titles</li><li>Meta descriptions</li><li>Heading structure</li><li>Internal linking</li><li>Image alt text</li><li>Monitor keyword rankings and continuously optimize content to improve search visibility.</li><li>Update and refresh existing website content to maintain relevance and performance.</li></ul>Project Management &amp; Collaboration<ul><li>Manage multiple client accounts and marketing projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.</li><li>Maintain organized documentation, campaign briefs, creative assets, and project workflows.</li><li>Communicate proactively with clients and internal teams, identifying challenges and proposing solutions.</li><li>Take ownership of campaign execution and deliver measurable marketing outcomes.</li></ul>Required Qualifications<ul><li>2&ndash;4 years of hands-on experience in Social Media Marketing, Performance Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field.</li><li>Proven experience managing paid advertising campaigns on:</li><li>Google Ads</li><li>Meta Business Suite</li><li>TikTok Ads Manager</li><li>Experience creating and managing social media content across major platforms.</li><li>Strong understanding of digital marketing metrics, conversion tracking, and campaign optimization.</li><li>Knowledge of Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Search Console, and UTM tracking.</li><li>Experience working with CMS platforms, preferably WordPress.</li><li>Familiarity with content creation tools such as Canva, CapCut, or similar editing software.</li><li>Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German (native or near-native proficiency) and English.</li><li>Creative mindset with the ability to combine storytelling and performance-driven marketing.</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications<ul><li>Experience planning and managing professional video productions from concept to publication.</li><li>Advanced video editing and motion graphics skills using Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar software.</li><li>Basic HTML and CSS knowledge for landing page optimization.</li><li>Experience working with WooCommerce or other e-commerce platforms.</li><li>Familiarity with the Swiss German market and consumer behavior.</li></ul>Why Join Cloud Mesh Solutions?<ul><li>Work with an innovative and growing Swiss-based company.</li><li>Opportunity to manage diverse marketing projects across multiple clients.</li><li>Collaborative and supportive work environment.</li><li>Career growth and learning opportunities.</li><li>Competitive salary based on experience.</li></ul>Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs200,000.00 per monthApplication Question(s):<ul><li>Expected salary :</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>2 or more: 2 years (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
