Role PurposeThe Assistant Manager &ndash; HR &amp; Admin is responsible for day-to-day HR and administrative execution, ensuring all operational tasks are completed accurately, timely, and in compliance with company policies and SOPs. This role acts as the execution lead and first-level issue handler, supporting the Deputy Manager by ensuring smooth operational flow and disciplined implementation.Key ResponsibilitiesHuman Resources Responsibilities1. HR Operations &amp; Daily Execution<ul><li>Manage daily HR operations including attendance tracking, leave management, and staff records.</li><li>Ensure accuracy and completeness of employee documentation.</li><li>Execute onboarding and exit processes, ensuring all formalities are completed on time.</li><li>Maintain up-to-date HR files, records, and databases.</li></ul>2. Recruitment Coordination &amp; Hiring Support<ul><li>Coordinate recruitment activities including scheduling interviews and tracking hiring status.</li><li>Support hiring managers and candidates during the recruitment process.</li><li>Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and employment documentation as per approved templates.</li><li>Ensure hiring timelines are followed and deviations are reported.</li></ul>3. Attendance, Leave &amp; Discipline Control<ul><li>Monitor daily attendance, late arrivals, and absenteeism.</li><li>Address minor attendance and conduct issues at the first level.</li><li>Escalate repeated or serious cases to the Deputy Manager with proper documentation.</li><li>Maintain discipline records and follow-up action logs.</li></ul>4. Payroll &amp; HR Data Support<ul><li>Prepare and verify attendance and leave data for payroll processing.</li><li>Support payroll execution by ensuring data accuracy and timely submission.</li><li>Assist in maintaining payroll-related records and corrections where required.</li></ul>Administrative Responsibilities1. Office Administration &amp; Facilities<ul><li>Oversee daily office administration including cleanliness, maintenance, and office readiness.</li><li>Coordinate with vendors for routine maintenance, utilities, and office services.</li><li>Ensure availability of office supplies, equipment, and consumables.</li><li>Track and follow up on admin requests and issue resolution.</li></ul>2. Vendor Coordination &amp; Asset Support<ul><li>Coordinate with administrative vendors and service providers.</li><li>Maintain asset and inventory records and assist in periodic audits.</li><li>Support vendor performance tracking and service continuity.</li></ul>Reporting &amp; Coordination<ul><li>Prepare and submit weekly HR &amp; Admin operational reports to the Deputy Manager.</li><li>Highlight operational issues, delays, or risks proactively.</li><li>Coordinate closely with HR Officers and Admin staff to ensure task completion.</li></ul>Skills &amp; Competencies<ul><li>Strong coordination and execution skills</li></ul>Qualification &amp; Experience<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field</li><li>2-4 years of experience in HR &amp; Admin operations</li><li>Experience in a corporate or software house environment will be an advantage</li><li>Good understanding of HR operations and admin functions</li><li>Ability to manage daily tasks under pressure</li><li>Effective communication and documentation skills</li><li>Attention to detail and follow-through</li><li>Professional handling of confidential information</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeWork Location: In person

Job Description:We are looking for an HR Officer &ndash; Payroll &amp; Attendance to manage employee attendance records, payroll inputs, leave tracking, and HR documentation.
