Office Automation Services is looking for a skilled Software Quality Assurance (SQA) Engineer to help ensure our products meet the highest standards of performance, scalability, and reliability About the Role: As an SQA Engineer, you will be a key contributor to our engineering team, working closely with developers and support teams to design, execute, and continuously improve testing strategies. You’ll play a hands-on role in both manual and automated testing while championing best QA practices across the organization. What You’ll Do: <ul><li>Collaborate with development and support teams to define and implement effective test strategies</li><li>Create, maintain, and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and QA documentation</li><li>Perform manual and automated testing for web, mobile, and desktop applications</li><li>Analyze test results, identify defects, and clearly report bugs with actionable insights</li><li>Investigate complex issues, determine root causes, and support timely resolution</li><li>Promote QA best practices, tools, and automation frameworks</li><li>Continuously enhance QA processes to improve efficiency and product qualityWhat We’re Looking For</li></ul> Education: <ul><li>Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field</li></ul> Experience &amp; Skills: <ul><li>2+ years of experience in software testing (manual and automated)</li><li>Hands-on experience testing web, mobile, and desktop applications</li><li>Exposure to .NET Core, Angular, and Python</li><li>Strong ability to write clear, reusable test cases and documentation</li><li>Experience with automation tools such as Appium</li><li>Familiarity with testing frameworks like TestNG, JUnit, or Cucumber</li><li>Experience using Git and CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab, CircleCI, etc.)</li><li>Proficiency with JIRA and other test or project management tools</li><li>Solid understanding of SQL and data validation techniques</li></ul> Why Join Office Automation Services? <ul><li>Be part of a collaborative, innovative engineering team</li><li>Work on impactful products that solve real-world problems at scale</li><li>Access continuous learning, mentorship, and career growth opportunities</li><li>Have your voice heard—your ideas influence our tools, processes, and future direction</li></ul> Ready to Elevate Software Quality?If you’re passionate about intelligent testing, automation, and delivering exceptional software, we’d love to hear from you.
