The ideal candidate will have experience in the office furniture industry and a passion for creating functional, beautiful spaces that enhance our clients&rsquo; work environments.Essential Duties and Responsibilities: <ul><li>Collaborate with Account Executives and attend client meetings to gather information, share expertise, and contribute to design conversations.</li><li>Conduct site verifications and product inventories as needed.</li><li>Perform programming to identify client needs and goals.</li><li>Develop space plans and layouts that align with project requirements.</li><li>Create compelling client presentations, including &lsquo;Live Design&rsquo; sessions.</li><li>Produce 3D renderings and virtual reality presentations.</li><li>Apply knowledge of commercial furniture products and finishes to develop cohesive design solutions.</li><li>Generate accurate and detailed specifications for furniture packages.</li><li>Prepare precise installation drawings on time and in line with project expectations.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree (BS/BA/BFA) in Interior Design or Architectural Design.</li><li>2&ndash;5 years of experience, preferable at Furniture Dealership.</li><li>Proficiency in CET Designer, AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, Bluebeam, and SketchUp.</li><li>Experience using furniture specification software is preferred.</li><li>Familiarity with Steelcase products is a plus.</li></ul>Ideal Candidate: You are a collaborative team player with excellent communication skills and strong time management.
