Position Summary
ofi is seeking a driven and customer-focused Sr. Regional Account Manager to build and grow partnerships with regional and emerging chain restaurants, particularly in the QSR and fast casual segments. This role is responsible for driving operator sales, securing new business. The ideal candidate combines strong selling skills, deep knowledge of the foodservice industry, and the ability to deliver operator-focused solutions that create value and drive growth.
This position requires close collaboration with distributor partners and internal cross-functional teams to ensure flawless execution and operator satisfaction. 
Position Responsibilities 
Account Development &amp; Growth<ul><li>
Build and manage relationships with decision-makers at regional QSR, fast casual, and emerging chain accounts.</li><li>
Drive menu adoption and incremental case volume across assigned operators.</li><li>
Develop and execute customer business plans that align with client needs and company objectives.</li><li>
Expand through innovation, new menu placements, and LTO activations.</li></ul> 
New Business Acquisition<ul><li>
Identify, prospect, and secure new operator accounts in targeted segments.</li><li>
Leverage market insights, distributor partnerships to uncover opportunities.</li><li>
Deliver compelling operator presentations and product demonstrations to win new business.</li></ul> 
Relationship Management<ul><li>
Serve as the primary contact for regional chains, ensuring exceptional client support and follow-through.</li><li>
Partner with operators on product performance, promotional opportunities, and menu innovation.</li><li>
Build collaborative relationships with distributor account sales executives to maximize market coverage.</li></ul> 
Strategic Planning &amp; Execution<ul><li>
Create and execute annual operator growth strategies for assigned accounts.</li><li>
Support customer marketing initiatives, menu development, and promotional programs.</li><li>
Collaborate with culinary and marketing teams to deliver customer-specific solutions.</li></ul> 
Sales Forecasting &amp; Reporting<ul><li>
Provide accurate sales forecasts, tracking operator business by product, chain, and distributor.</li><li>
Report regularly on progress, wins, pipeline activity, and competitive trends through salesforce.</li></ul> 
Market Intelligence<ul><li>
Monitor industry and competitor activity to identify new opportunities.</li><li>
Stay informed on consumer trends, menu innovation, and regional QSR/fast casual developments.</li></ul> 
Cross-Functional Collaboration<ul><li>
Work closely with supply chain, operations, finance, culinary marketing and customer service to ensure reliable execution.</li></ul> 
Position Requirements
<ul><li>Bachelor's degree is required. Candidate may substitute seven (7) years of relevant sales experience in lieu of degree. Candidate substituting years of experience in lieu of degree must have a total of ten (10) years of relevant sales experience.</li><li>
Eight (8) + years of experience in day-to-day management of large, complex food processing, manufacturing or foodservice accounts required.
</li><li>Business-to-business sales experience, strong general business capabilities, P&amp;L management and analytical/technical skills are required.
</li><li>Experience managing relationships with customers and internal stakeholders is required.</li><li>
Strong self-initiative with an ability to operate at a high level with minimum supervision is required.</li><li>
The ability and willingness to travel is required, up to 50%.</li><li>
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and interpersonal skills are required.</li><li>
Ability to build trusted relationships at all levels is required.</li></ul>

Competitive Compensation &amp; Benefits Package:
The pay for this role ranges from $130,000 &ndash; $160,000 and is based on the position responsibilities and geographic location. Actual pay within this range may be determined based on the candidate's experience, qualifications, and/or other determining factors.

Commercialization lead provides cross-functional execution and support that drive business performance and optimizes business processes between sales, demand &amp; production planning, finance, plant operations, innovation &amp; supply chain. 
 
 Job Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Coordinate outside service requests, establish purchase orders, ensure purchase orders are closed and manage expenses within budget requirements.</li><li>
Manage and direct maintenance personnel, including workload assignments and provide feedback on work.</li><li>
Plan and direct the Maintenance function to attain optimum utilization of machinery, materials, and labor, achieve optimum capacity, yields and overall cost reduction.</li><li>
Responsible for assisting on all major engineering projects, including planning, design, construction/fabrication, installation &amp; maintenance of all equipment</li><li>
Develop and maintain departmental KPI's to track department and individual performance.</li><li>
Perform food safety inspections, monitor and assist sanitation / Quality Control (QC) employees to ensure proper sanitation (HAACP and GMPs).</li><li>
Play a key role in all business unit decisions related to major capital or expense projects.</li><li>
Provide technical advice to senior management and play a key role in planning and ensuring that the technological advancement of the plant supports the business plans of the company.</li><li>
Manage all maintenance-related projects to ensure that all are technically sound and in compliance with all employee safety, food safety and regulatory standards.</li><li>
Plan maintenance activities and develop training documents.</li><li>
Track metrics, performance, and efficiency of work scheduled.</li><li>
Read and comprehend technical manuals, service manuals, diagrams, blueprints and schematics to more efficiently service the equipment.</li><li>
Ensure production areas are maintained to current General Manufacturing Procedures (GMP) standards. Manage predictive and preventive maintenance for production equipment and schedule required corrective actions. Prioritize maintenance work to achieve the highest efficiencies possible.</li><li>
Utilize CMMS to plan, schedule, print, document time, and manage WO's from inception through completion.</li><li>
Respond in a timely manner to associate work requests including safety work orders.</li><li>
Assist storeroom and purchasing group to kit pre-planned work.</li><li>
Communicate effectively with management regarding PM requirements, completions, and challenges.</li><li>
Update Maintenance Library with new equipment information.</li><li>
Diagnose, repair and overhaul process pumps, automatic control valves, sensors, positioners, actuators basic electrical AC/DC troubleshooting and related systems.</li><li>
Read and decipher mechanical drawings, schematics and piping diagrams to strategically plan the best course of action to resolve project issues.</li><li>
Perform other duties as assigned.</li></ul> 

Position Requirements &amp; Qualifications:<ul><li>
High school diploma or GED is required.</li><li>
Four (4) years of related maintenance experience is required, Maintenance Leadership experience is preferred. Current Olam employees with two (2) years of successful performance in a related Maintenance role will be considered.</li><li>
Two (2) years of industrial plant maintenance planning experience preferred with:</li></ul><ul><li>
Specialized Technical Skills</li><li>
Maintenance Troubleshooting</li><li>
Failure Analysis</li><li>
Basic computer skills (MS Office programs)</li><li>
Ability to lift and carry 50 lbs. is required.</li><li>
Possess electrical knowledge.</li><li>
Candidate should understand operations, procedures, inventory parts, LOTO, improvements, breakdown analysis, PM's, 5S, etc. within the production area.</li></ul><ul><li>
Ability to read and understand blueprints, electrical schematics, and Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams is required.</li><li>
Previous experience in the installation and repair of mechanical equipment desired. Electrical troubleshooting experience is a plus.</li><li>
Previous experience in the diagnosis and repair of pneumatic systems is preferred. Knowledge of cylinders, valves, manifolds, vacuum systems, air filtration, and lubrication devices is a plus.</li><li>
Proficient knowledge of bearings, pulleys, chain drives, belt drives, and lubricant standards and applications is required.</li></ul> 
 
 The pay for this role in the state of NJ is $81,000 &ndash; $135,000 and is based on the position responsibilities and geographic location. Actual pay within this range may be determined based on candidate&rsquo;s experience, qualifications and/or other determining factors.
