 Job Description:

 Perform routine maintenance tasks on mechanical equipment, including inspection, lubrication, and adjustment, to ensure proper functioning and longevity.
 </li>

 Conduct regular preventive maintenance activities, such as cleaning, calibration, and replacement of parts, to prevent equipment failures and optimize performance.
 </li>
 <li>
 Respond to equipment breakdowns and malfunctions promptly and efficiently, troubleshoot mechanical issues, and perform necessary repairs or replacements.
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate with the maintenance team to develop and implement maintenance strategies and schedules to minimize equipment downtime and maximize productivity.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain accurate records of equipment maintenance activities, including work orders, maintenance logs, and equipment performance data.
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor and analyze equipment performance indicators, identify trends, and recommend improvements or modifications to enhance reliability and efficiency.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure compliance with safety regulations and procedures during maintenance activities, and promote a safe working environment for all staff.
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for the procurement of spare parts and equipment needed for maintenance and repair activities.
 </li>
 <li>
 Train and mentor junior maintenance staff, providing guidance and technical support to enhance their skills and knowledge.
 </li>
 <li>
 Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
 </li>

 Job Requirements:

 Minimum of 2 years of experience in mechanical maintenance, preferably in an industrial or manufacturing environment (FMCG or Food processing).
 
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, equipment, and components, with expertise in troubleshooting and repair.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings, manuals, and specifications.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent problem-solving skills and Strong organizational and time management skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
 </li>
 <li>

 Business Context and Main Purpose of the Job
 
 
 
 Role objective is to collaborate with country leadership and co-ordinate HR activities in Turkiye ensuring that HR practices comply with local regulations and enable the successful achievement of commercial objectives.
 
 
 
 Main Accountabilities
 
 
 
 <ul>

 Collaborate with management to understand business objectives and align HR strategies. Develop &amp; implement HR plans to support commercial strategy.
 </li>
 <li>
 Analyse potential HR-related risks and make strategic recommendations to management.
 </li>
 <li>
 Lead recruitment processes to attract top talent. Develop &amp; implement succession plans for critical roles.
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor &amp; ensure compliance of HR policies &amp; processes with all relevant local labour laws and regulations.
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate with global HR teams to ensure consistency in HR policies and practices.
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage employee relations &amp; address workplace conflicts. Implement fair / consistent disciplinary processes.
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare terms of employment consultations and conduct negotiations with internal parties (management and works council) and external contract partners (trade union organisations etc)
 </li>
 <li>
 Benchmark, manage, review &amp; support the optimisation of local compensation structures. Supervise payroll.
 </li>
 <li>
 Implement, advise on, co-ordinate &amp; oversee performance appraisal processes.
 </li>
 <li>
 Identify skill gaps and implement training programs.
 </li>
 <li>
 Guide and support organisational &amp; cultural changes.
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage the annual budget cycle for all HR related costs.
 </li>
 <li>
 Promote IDE initiatives within the local workforce. Ensure equal opportunities and fair treatment for all employees &amp; implement programs to foster an inclusive workplace culture.
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop &amp; implement strategies to enhance employee engagement. Conduct employee surveys / feedback sessions. Address concerns and create a positive work environment.
 </li>
 <li>
 Utilise analytics to track and analyse key HR metrics. Manage the HR Information Systems &amp; provide regular reports to management on HR performance. Use data to inform decision-making and improve HR processes.
 </li>
 <li>
 Implement and operate appropriate people leadership practices to engage / manage team members and suitably drive coaching / mentoring, career paths and talent pipeline.
