Our Oklahoma City office has an opportunity for an Employment Litigation Associate to join the firm&rsquo;s dynamic and long-established practice representing premier local and national employers. This is an excellent opportunity for associates to provide legal service within a sophisticated practice and who are seeking to assume a significant role in all aspects of labor and employment law. This role requires extensive contact with clients, governmental agencies and opposing counsel.</p><p>
Duties include, but are not limited to, performing legal research, drafting of legal memoranda, motions, and pleadings, attending court conferences, handling discovery-related activities and investigations, drafting of position statements and dispositive motions, and counseling clients on employment-law-related matters.</p><p>
The right candidate will have a passion for employment law, strong analytical and writing skills, and an ability to relate to and inspire confidence with sophisticated business clients. Requirements:

Employment Litigation Associate

<div>Position Summary:
<p>
Our Denver office has an opportunity for an experienced litigation attorney to join the firm&rsquo;s expanding Employment Law Practice. The Employment Counsel will be expected to perform all the duties of a traditional law firm attorney, with an emphasis on counseling clients on employment-law-related matters. Duties include, but are not limited to, performing legal research, drafting of legal memoranda, motions, and pleadings, attending court conferences, handling discovery-related activities and investigations, drafting of position statements and dispositive motions, and counseling clients on employment-law-related matters. The right candidate will have a passion for employment law, strong analytical and writing skills, and will add their enthusiasm to our affable, team-oriented environment.</p>
Requirements:
<ul><li>Juris Doctor. Qualified candidates must be and remain licensed to practice law and in good standing. During employment, must meet requirements for continuing licensure for law practice.</li><li>
7 or more years of experience with general or commercial litigation defense or insurance defense</li><li>
Excellent analytical, writing, and editing skills are required.</li><li>
Litigation experience in Colorado is not a requirement; qualified candidates must be licensed to practice in CO but can have the majority of their experience from another state.</li></ul><p></p><p><i><br>

Employment Of Counsel

Our Portland office is seeking an attorney with 10+ years of experience in employment litigation to join our growing practice. This role offers the opportunity to play a key role in litigation, working directly with client representatives and opposing counsel. The successful candidate will be able to handle litigation matters largely independently. The ideal candidate will have complex litigation experience, but this is not a requisite. Responsibilities include conducting legal research, drafting legal memoranda, motions, and pleadings, attending court conferences, managing discovery-related activities and investigations, and preparing position statements and dispositive motions. We offer our attorneys numerous opportunities for writing, publishing, and speaking, as well as access to comprehensive professional development programs.</p>
Requirements:
<ul><li>Juris Doctor. Qualified candidates must be and remain licensed to practice law and in good standing in Oregon. However, extremely strong candidates interested in relocating to the Pacific Northwest and licensed to practice law in other states would also be considered. During employment, must meet requirements for continuing licensure for law practice.</li><li>
Candidates must have 10+ years of employment litigation experience either in-house or at a law firm.</li><li>
