Position OverviewPrimary Responsibilities:<ul><li>Design and deliver creative daily lesson plans incorporating stories, music, arts &amp; crafts, indoor/outdoor play, and other developmentally appropriate activities.</li><li>Support the overall development of children aged 2&ndash;5 years across social, emotional, cognitive, and physical domains.</li><li>Maintain a clean, safe, and engaging classroom environment while following all health and safety guidelines.</li><li>Work collaboratively with fellow teachers to plan curriculum, organize classroom activities, and participate in school events.</li><li>Build strong relationships with parents through regular updates, progress reports, and informal discussions to support each child's learning journey.</li></ul>Required Qualifications &amp; Skills:<ul><li>A bachelor&rsquo;s degree, preferably in Early Childhood Education, B.Ed., or a related field.</li><li>Certification in early childhood education (such as NTT, NPTT, ECCE, or Montessori training).</li><li>1&ndash;2 years of experience in a preschool or playschool setting is preferred; however, freshers with a relevant diploma are welcome to apply.</li><li>Excellent communication skills in both English and Hindi, written and spoken.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeWork Location: In person

You&rsquo;ll work closely with our marketing, content, and creative teams to develop visually compelling motion graphics and engaging video projects &mdash; from trailers and promos to podcasts and social content.Key Duties &amp; Responsibilities:<ul><li>Develop and animate motion graphics for social media, digital platforms, and branded content.</li><li>Edit a variety of content including videos, podcasts, trailers, and marketing materials with an emphasis on narrative, timing, and rhythm.</li><li>Incorporate cinematic elements such as transitions, color correction, audio design, and visual effects to enhance viewer engagement.</li><li>Create branded visual assets like intros/outros, lower-thirds, titles, and other on-screen graphics.</li><li>Collaborate with team members on video concepts, scripting, and storyboarding.</li><li>Optimize video output for multiple channels such as YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, and reels.</li><li>Keep up with current trends in video editing, animation techniques, and motion design tools.</li><li>Handle multiple video projects at once and meet tight deadlines.</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Experience:<ul><li>Demonstrated experience as a motion designer and video editor (portfolio or showreel is a must).</li><li>Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, especially After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Illustrator (experience with DaVinci Resolve or Final Cut Pro is a plus).</li><li>Solid understanding of cinematic editing, audio syncing, storytelling, and visual pacing.</li><li>Background in editing podcasts, including video-audio synchronization, branding overlays, and graphic design for intros/outros.</li><li>Ability to craft attention-grabbing trailers, teasers, and promotional videos.</li><li>Strong grasp of design principles, typography, and narrative structure.</li><li>High attention to detail with the ability to work under pressure in a dynamic setting.</li><li>Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeWork Location: In person
