Job Description:We are looking for a highly experienced and dynamic National Head to lead, train, and mentor our teachers, counsellors, and center directors across the country. The ideal candidate should have in-depth knowledge of NEP (National Education Policy) and NCF (National Curriculum Framework) and the ability to design and implement effective training programs and lesson plans.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Conduct training sessions for teachers, counsellors, and directors to enhance teaching methodologies and overall performance.</li><li>Provide comprehensive guidance on the National Education Policy (NEP) and National Curriculum Framework (NCF).</li><li>Develop and execute training modules, workshops, and seminars to improve academic quality across centers.</li><li>Collaborate with the academic, R&amp;D, and curriculum teams to ensure consistent implementation of educational standards.</li><li>Stay updated on modern teaching practices, pedagogies, and policy changes to integrate into training.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Master&rsquo;s degree in Education, Curriculum Development, or a related field.</li><li>8&ndash;12 years of experience in academic training, teacher development, or curriculum leadership.</li><li>Strong understanding of NEP 2020 and NCF guidelines.</li><li>Excellent communication, presentation, and mentoring skills.</li><li>Ability to design innovative lesson plans and training methodologies.</li><li>Willingness to travel nationwide for training sessions, if required.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;25,000.00 - &#8377;45,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
