OGO Contacting is looking for Quantity Surveyor who can join immediately on cancelled or Visit Visa.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Preparing financial documents.</li><li>Preparing estimates for material costs.</li><li>Allocating work to Sub-Contractors.</li><li>Identify commercial risk.</li><li>Prepare and review tender documents, bills of quantities, and contractual agreements.</li><li>Track and report on project progress, including cost performance against budgets and forecasts.</li><li>Conduct feasibility studies and prepare detailed estimates for new projects.</li><li>Liaise with subcontractors and suppliers to obtain quotations and evaluate proposals.</li><li>Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and relevant legislation.</li><li>Participate in project meetings and provide financial insights and recommendations.</li></ul>- Maintain accurate and organized records of all financial transactions and documentation.<ul><li>Assist in the preparation of interim valuations and final accounts.</li><li>Collaborate with project teams to implement cost control measures and optimize resource allocation.</li></ul>QUALIFICATIONS:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Civil Engineering</li><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.</li><li>Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in quantity surveying and cost control within the construction industry, preferably in Dubai or the GCC region.</li><li>Proven experience in managing costs for residential and commercial .construction projects</li><li>Strong understanding of construction processes, contracts, and financial management principles.</li><li>Proficiency in cost estimation software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Project).</li><li>Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.</li><li>3-4 years Experience in construction project management, , Contracting with maintenance preferably in Dubai.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeEducation:<ul><li>Diploma (Preferred)</li></ul>
