Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, for a Senior Frontend Developer. You will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining user-facing web applications to deliver engaging and seamless user experiences. Collaborating closely with designers and backend developers, you will work on creating responsive, high-performance, and scalable digital solutions. The role involves staying up to date with the latest web development practices, optimizing frontend code, and troubleshooting any issues to ensure a smooth and efficient user journey.Qualifications<ul><li>Expertise in Front-End Development, including proficiency in modern frameworks and libraries like React, Angular, or Vue.js</li><li>Experience with Responsive Web Design and creating cross-platform interfaces</li><li>Knowledge of Software Development and Web Development best practices and methodologies</li><li>Proficiency in Back-End Web Development principles and collaboration with backend teams</li><li>Strong problem-solving skills and ability to optimize code for performance and scalability</li><li>Familiarity with version control systems, such as Git, and agile development workflows</li><li>Bachelor's or advanced degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field is preferred</li><li>Experience in fintech or e-commerce industries is a plus</li></ul>Core Responsibilities<ul><li>Build high-quality, scalable interfaces using React and React Native EXPO (iOS + Android)</li><li>Develop modular, reusable, and well-tested components in TypeScript</li><li>Work closely with Product, Design, and Backend teams to deliver flawless features</li><li>Mentor junior developers and enforce best engineering practices</li><li>Optimize app performance, load times, and memory usage</li><li>Write clean, maintainable, industry-standard code with excellent documentation</li><li>Contribute to architecture decisions for frontend and mobile apps</li><li>Participate in code reviews and push high coding standards across the team</li><li>Integrate complex APIs and ensure seamless user experience across platforms</li></ul>RequirementsMust-Have<ul><li>6+ years of hands-on experience in React Native and React.js</li><li>Expert knowledge of:</li><li>TypeScript</li><li>Redux / Zustand / Recoil (state management)</li><li>Navigation (React Navigation)</li><li>Expo + EAS</li><li>React Hooks &amp; advanced patterns</li><li>Deep understanding of mobile app performance &amp; optimizations</li><li>Experience building pixel-perfect UI from Figma designs</li><li>Experience with:</li><li>RESTful &amp; WebSocket APIs</li><li>CI/CD pipelines (App Center, Fastlane, GitHub Actions)</li><li>Unit / integration testing (Jest, Detox, Cypress)</li><li>Strong problem-solving and debugging skills</li><li>Ability to work in an agile environment with fast release cycles</li></ul>Nice-to-Have<ul><li>Experience with:</li><li>Native modules (iOS/Android)</li><li>Animation frameworks (Reanimated, Lottie)</li><li>Fintech, payments, or high-scale consumer apps</li><li>Security best practices (OBF, Anti-Fraud, Secure Storage)</li><li>Knowledge of performance profiling tools</li><li>Familiarity with FIX engines, real-time financial data, or charting libraries</li></ul>Engineering Culture &amp; StandardsWe follow world-class engineering principles:<ul><li>Clean Architecture (feature-based, modularized code)</li><li>Type-safe development across frontend &amp; backend</li><li>Strict code review workflows</li><li>Automated testing as part of every release</li><li>Continuous Integration / Continuous Deployment</li><li>Performance monitoring (Sentry, UXCam, Firebase)</li><li>Design-system driven UI development</li><li>Documentation-first mindset</li></ul>Job Type: Full-time
