About the role
We are looking for an Arabic-speaking HR Recruiter to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The main focus of this role will be recruiting Sales Agents and building a strong, qualified sales team.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and attract candidates for Sales Agent positions
- Screen CVs and conduct initial interviews
- Coordinate interviews with the management team
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process
- Maintain an active pipeline of potential Sales Agents
- Post vacancies on recruitment platforms and social media
- Support onboarding and other HR recruitment activities
Requirements
- Arabic speaker with good English communication skills
- Previous experience in HR recruitment or talent acquisition
- Experience recruiting Sales Agents is highly preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident in conducting interviews and candidate screening
- Familiarity with Indeed, LinkedIn, and other recruitment platforms
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
