We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator Assistant to support our real estate sales team in Abu Dhabi. The role focuses on coordinating property listings, assisting sales operations, managing documentation, and ensuring smooth communication between agents, management, developers, and property portals.This position is ideal for a proactive individual with strong administrative skills and experience in the UAE real estate market.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Provide daily administrative and coordination support to the sales team.</li><li>Create, upload, update, and manage property listings on Property Finder, Bayut, Dubizzle, and company CRM systems.</li><li>Coordinate with agents to collect property details, pricing, photos, and required approvals.</li><li>Ensure all listings are accurate, compliant, and aligned with company and portal regulations.</li><li>Prepare, organize, and track sales documentation including Form A, Title Deeds, MOUs, and marketing approvals.</li><li>Follow up on listings, leads, and transactions to ensure deadlines are met.</li><li>Liaise with developers, portal account managers, and internal departments.</li><li>Maintain organized and up-to-date records of listings and sales files.</li><li>Handle confidential information professionally and discreetly.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Diploma or Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred).</li><li>1&ndash;2 years of experience in a sales coordination, administrative, or real estate support role.</li><li>Experience in the UAE real estate sector, preferably Abu Dhabi.</li><li>Strong proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).</li><li>Hands-on experience with CRM systems and property portals.</li><li>Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written) &ndash; mandatory.</li></ul>Core Personality &amp; Work Style<ul><li>Highly detail-oriented with strong accuracy in listings, contracts, and databases.</li><li>Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities in a fast-paced real estate environment.</li><li>Able to work under pressure and manage multiple deadlines calmly.</li><li>Organized, structured, and strong in task tracking and follow-up.</li><li>Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently.</li></ul>We provide<ul><li>Competitive salary based on experience and qualifications</li><li>Employment visa provided</li><li>Medical insurance as per UAE labor law.</li><li>Paid annual leave and UAE public holidays.</li><li>Professional and supportive work environment.</li><li>Stable, long-term employment with a growing real estate company.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
