 JOB SUMMARY:
 
 
 
 
 The primary responsibility of this position is to engage with our followers on our social media platforms, creating a sense of community to help drive our brand and digital growth.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Responding to comments on Instagram, Facebook and TikTok social posts in our brand voice in a timely manner.
 </li>
 <li>
 Engaging and commenting on relevant posts on our social platforms.
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor brand presence outside own brand profile to maintain consistent brand personality in all of social media.
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor social media channels for potential crisis situations and elevate to team immediately.
 </li>
 <li>
 Identify any trends or themes within consumer comments and summarize weekly &ndash; both OH SNAP! and key competitors.
 </li>
 <li>
 Sharing consumer content to stories.
 </li>
 <li>
 Reviewing UGC, commenting and sharing when necessary.
 </li>
 <li>
 Managing and responding to direct messages on social platforms professionally and in a timely manner.
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage and delete inappropriate content.
 </li>
 <li>
 Misc. social media responsibilities.
 </li>
 <li>
 Packing and shipping product samples for marketing opportunities.
 </li>
 <li>
 Handling inventory of broker kits, completing tracker document with kit information, checking kits in and shipping kits out.
 </li>
 <li>
 Supporting Sales &amp; Marketing team with other duties as assigned (which may include some travel as needed).
 </li>
 <li>
 Additional duties and responsibilities as necessary directed by Marketing Manager.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 
 POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Basic knowledge of graphic design/editing software is a plus but not required (Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva, video editing, etc.).
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong organizational skills with an ability to multitask.
 </li>
 <li>
 Self-starter with an outgoing personality.
 </li>
 <li>
 A team player &ndash; someone who is willing to jump in and help as needed.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in marketing, business, communications or related field.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience with social media platforms &ndash; Instagram, Facebook, Tik Tok and others.
 </li>
 <li>
 Equivalent combination of education and/or experience may be considered.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 WORKING AND ENVIRONMENTAL CONDITIONS:
 
 
 
 This position may require-
 
 
 &middot; Exposure to a fast-paced plant manufacturing/warehouse environment.
 
 
 &middot; Exposure to moving machinery such as forklifts and production equipment.
 
 
 &middot; Exposure to loud noise from moving forklifts and production equipment.
 
 
 &middot; Exposure to extreme temperatures.
