We are seeking a highly experienced Senior HVAC Technician &amp; Designer to lead and execute full-scope HVAC works for villa construction projects. The ideal candidate will have strong design capability, hands-on installation expertise, and leadership skills to guide teams on-site. Must be able to independently manage HVAC load calculations, duct and piping layouts, equipment selection, installation, and testing/commissioning.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Design complete HVAC systems for villas including load calculations, ducting, and refrigerant piping.</li><li>Prepare and review technical drawings, layout plans, and BOQs.</li><li>Handle installation supervision, troubleshooting, and on-site execution of HVAC systems.</li><li>Lead testing, balancing, and commissioning activities; TAB reporting.</li><li>Coordinate with consultants, suppliers, and subcontractors for approvals and execution.</li><li>Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and project specifications.</li><li>Maintain documentation for as-built drawings, test reports, and service logs.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Minimum 10 years UAE experience in HVAC systems for villa construction.</li><li>Expert in HVAC design, installation, and commissioning.</li><li>Proficient in HVAC load calculations, selection of units, duct sizing, and routing.</li><li>Skilled in reading and preparing AutoCAD drawings and technical submittals.</li><li>Fluent in English and Arabic &ndash; written and verbal.</li><li>Strong leadership and team coordination skills.</li></ul>Package based on experience and skillset.Job Type: Full-timePay: From AED4,500.00 per monthApplication Question(s):<ul><li>What is your availability - immediate or do you have a notice period?</li></ul>Education:<ul><li>High school or equivalent (Required)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>HVAC installation: 7 years (Required)</li></ul>Language:<ul><li>, read, write English fluently (Required)</li></ul>License/Certification:<ul><li>industry certificates (Required)</li></ul>
