Looking for a fun, active job that works around your college schedule?We&rsquo;re hiring high-energy, reliable college students to coach our growing Ninja program!If you enjoy working with kids, staying active, and being part of a positive team environment&mdash;this is a great fit.What You&rsquo;ll Do<ul><li>Lead ninja-style obstacle classes for kids ages 4&ndash;12</li><li>Run fun, structured, high-energy classes</li><li>Set up obstacle courses and keep things moving</li><li>Build confidence and skills in kids</li><li>Keep groups safe, focused, and engaged</li><li>Occasionally help with camps, events, or birthday parties</li><li>Light record keeping for attendance and skill progressions</li></ul>What Makes Someone Great in This Role<ul><li>Reliable &ndash; shows up on time, every time</li><li>High energy &ndash; not afraid to lead and be loud/engaging</li><li>Good with kids &ndash; can be fun but also in control</li><li>Coachability &ndash; willing to learn our system and improve</li><li>Positive attitude &ndash; team-first mindset</li></ul>Ideal Background (but not required)<ul><li>Former athlete (gymnastics, track, football, cheer, wrestling, etc.)</li><li>Studying education, exercise science, PT, or related field</li><li>Experience babysitting, coaching, or working with kids</li></ul>Schedule <ul><li>Weekday evenings (typically 4:00&ndash;8:00 PM)</li><li>Optional Saturdays</li><li>Flexible based on class schedule</li></ul>Job Type: Part-timePay: $12.00 - $18.00 per hourExpected hours: 8 &ndash; 15 per weekBenefits:<ul><li>Employee discount</li><li>Flexible schedule</li><li>On-the-job training</li><li>Opportunities for advancement</li><li>Paid training</li></ul>Application Question(s):<ul><li>On a scale of 1&ndash;10, how reliable are you when it comes to showing up for scheduled shifts?
