A foundation you can count on!Reporting to: VP of OperationsResponsibilities and Duties<ul><li>Manage the full recruitment cycle, sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding</li><li>Oversee employee relations and provide guidance to managers on performance, engagement and disciplinary matters.</li><li>Ensure full compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws, employment standards, and company policies</li><li>Partner with leadership to strengthen company culture, drive engagement, and promote employee well-being</li><li>Administer employee benefits programs; continuously research and evaluate options to ensure competitive and valuable offerings for all staff.</li><li>Manage and process payroll with accuracy and timeliness.</li><li>Maintain HR systems, records and data reporting</li><li>Oversee OSHA compliance and workplace safety initiatives.</li><li>Administer and report Bureau of Workers&rsquo; Compensation (BWC) claims.</li><li>Manage unemployment claims and ensure compliance with applicable laws and procedures.</li><li>Ensure Department of Transportation (DOT) compliance and reporting accuracy.</li><li>Perform additional HR duties and projects assigned to support department and organizational goals.</li></ul>Qualifications and Skills&middot; Strong Knowledge of employment law and HR compliance, and best practices&middot; Excellent communication and leadership skills&middot; Proficiency with HRIS software (Paycom preferred)<ul><li>Proven ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment</li></ul>Education/ Training Requirements&middot; Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in business, HR or a related field&middot; 5 plus years in HR experienceJob Type: Full-timeBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Health savings account</li><li>Life insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Education:<ul><li>Bachelor's (Required)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>HR Management: 5 years (Required)</li></ul>Ability to Commute:<ul><li>Huntsville, OH 43324 (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
