 We are looking for an experienced Document Controller to join our project team.

 Key Responsibilities:
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Manage and control all project documentation in line with company and project procedures.
 </li>
 <li>
 Administer the Document Control System using Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC).
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare and manage workflow templates for project submissions.
 </li>
 <li>
 Track, monitor, and update document logs, registers, and approval status.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain and update Transmittal Registers including NCR, RFI, and SOR.
 </li>
 <li>
 Generate weekly document control progress reports.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure accurate and timely distribution of controlled documents to project staff.
 </li>
 <li>
 Follow up on overdue submissions and approvals with relevant stakeholders.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 Requirements:
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Minimum 5 years of experience as a Document Controller in construction projects.
 </li>
 <li>
 Diploma or Bachelor&rsquo;s degree.
 </li>
 <li>
 Hands-on experience with Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC).
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
 </li>
 <li>
 Good command of English (Arabic is an advantage).
 </li>

Document Controller

 The Contract Assistant will support the administration and management of contracts related to infrastructure, earthworks, deep excavation and piling, and tunneling projects. The role involves close monitoring of contractual obligations in accordance with FIDIC conditions, ensuring compliance with contract terms, and maintaining accurate and organized contract documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
 
 
 
 
 
 The position requires continuous coordination with project teams, legal department, and other internal stakeholders to ensure that all contractual matters are properly followed up, documented, and readily available to support project execution, claims, variations, and contractual compliance.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Assist in administering contracts related to infrastructure, earthworks, piling, and tunneling works in accordance with FIDIC conditions.
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor and follow up on contractual terms, clauses, and obligations relevant to complex civil and underground works.
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate with engineering, construction, procurement, and site teams to ensure contractual compliance.
 </li>
 <li>
 Liaise with the Legal Department on contract interpretations, disputes, claims, and variations.
 </li>
 <li>
 Track contractual correspondence, notices, and records related to infrastructure and tunneling activities.
 </li>
 <li>
 Collect, organize, and file all contract-related documentation from various departments.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure contract records are up to date and easily accessible for audits, claims, and project reporting.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support the contracts team in managing variations and contractual risks associated with earthworks and underground works.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE
 
 
 
 &bull; Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Engineering or Business Administration, Law, Contracts Management, or a related field.
 
 
 &bull; Minimum 5&ndash;7 years of experience in contract administration or contract support roles.
 
 
 &bull; Strong working knowledge of FIDIC contracts.
 
 
 &bull; Experience on infrastructure, earthworks, piling, or tunneling projects.
 
 
 &bull; Strong organizational, coordination, and document control skills.
 
 
 &bull; Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.
